Great and quick
I used my metro 3 for the first time 2 days ago and im obsessed! Absolutely gorgeous stroller, so easy to use and so sleek. Its a dream to push, you can even do it one handed. My 17 month old loves it and didnt want to get out after siitting in it 🙂 im 5'9 and it was the only stroller with an adjustable handlebar, its literally perfect. I did my research and this is definitely a winner. 10/10 🤩
It is a perfect product
I need to replace the wheel of my pram which I only purchased a year ago. I have been told I am unable to because there is a newer pram out so they won't be stocking any more from the older models. It has now made my nearly £400 pram unusable after a year. Extremely disappointed in such a big company, just another way to grab money from people. After buying many Ergobaby a products, I will never purchase one again and will steer other people away from Ergobaby in the future!

Appalling recent customer service after our pram chassis snapped. Unnecessarily inflexible stance from ergobaby that will lead me to posting a video of the failure on YouTube to warn others not to buy defective prams from a company with harsh customer support.
I received an order confirmation saying no changes or cancellations could be made. However Ergobaby still cancelled my order and refused to sell the item at the price they had agreed to originally. Very unfortunate that they mislead theirs customers in this way. Trust is very low at this point.

Takes 2 weeks to sort issue under warranty. If a part is faulty and needs replacing you should deliver it via special courier so families are not left without a buggy and no means of transportation. Inconsiderate and disappointing
I must say I feel quite disappointed with the response I’ve received. For a product that costs €350, I expected a higher level of service and responsibility from a brand like ErgoBaby. At the moment, there seems to be no spare parts available, no alternative solutions offered, and no real accountability taken. This leaves the impression that the brand is not standing behind its products, which is frustrating and honestly very discouraging as a customer. I truly hope ErgoBaby reconsiders its after-sales approach, because it would be a shame for such a well-known brand to lose customer trust over issues that could be handled in a more responsible way. I kindly ask you to re-evaluate my case and provide at least a practical alternative or compensation that reflects the value and trust I placed in this product. Kind regards,
