Quick delivery, good experience

The Ergobaby bouncer is strong, sturdy, and very comfortable for my baby, with an excellent baby insert that provides great support. The overall size is better than most other bouncers and feels like it will last much longer as the baby grows. I had BabyBjörn for my first two children, but this surpasses it easily in comfort, build quality, and longevity. Excellent customer service is a great added bonus with Ergobaby.

I had a very good experience with customer service regarding an issue with our baby carrier. Although the problem was not considered a warranty case, it was handled in a professional and respectful manner throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and I felt taken seriously as a customer. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered a replacement carrier from their marketing stock at no cost, which I greatly appreciated. I also received helpful guidance in choosing a suitable model based on our needs. Overall, the case was handled very well, and the level of service has given me confidence in both the product and the company.

Waited a week then followed up to be told there was an error and item was out of stock and I would receive a refund (no support around suggested in stock alternative colours). Found and brought in different colour and requested expedited delivery given error / delays but told warehouse is closed until 5/1.

It's now nearly 2 weeks and I still don't have my parcel

Necesito unas ruedas de repuesto porque las mías estás rotas estándo el resto del carro en perfectas condiciones y me explican como arreglar cuando ya hemos intentado arreglarlas antes de pedirlas.

Abdolutely wonderful product! It really saved me with my second baby, who doesn't want to stay long on a bouncer or with anyone else but me. I put her on and we can clean up a little, fold laundry, cook something, go shopping without worrying about the crying anymore. The fact that in the end she always falls asleep means she feels comfortable in it. Although she is a heavy baby i definitely feel less back pain with the carrier than when i was carrying her on hands. Its a shame I didn't have it already from the first month. I totally recommend it!

The products are well made and great for babies. Customer services is excellent. They are very quick to respond and answer questions or provide solutions. They are also very quick to ship out their products.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir sind seit langen Jahren Kunde. Wir haben hier 2 Monate auf unsere Ware gewartet. Wir konnten Sie nicht telefonisch erreichen. Auf meine mail wurde nicht geantwortet. Der Außendienst konnte nichts erreichen für uns und letztendlich hat uns Eva Möwes durch einen persönlichen Kontakt geholfen. Das ist ein unterirdischer Service und mir graut es ehrlicherweise davor, wenn ich wieder Ware bestelle, ob dann die gleiche Situation wieder eintritt und ich mich auf meine NOS Bestellung nicht verlassen kann.
