I have the metro+ deluxe and was disappointed to learn many replacement parts are no longer available. For a premium travel stroller, I would expect replacement parts to be available just two years after purchase.

Hi, in my opinion the Omni Deluxe is the best baby carrier on the market. It is perfection! And I say that after having tried 4 other brands beforehand (Artipoppe, Cybex, Najell, Babybjorn) who I all had some issue with. The Omni Deluxe just ticks all boxes, even those I didn’t think of! - In the Omni Deluxe my baby is comfy in inwards and outwards facing position (Najell didn’t work inwards facing for my baby because the straps where too much in his face) - The sliders to make outwards carrying more comfy for baby are fantastic (and these are missing in most other carriers) - the padding to make carrying comfy for me too is on point (which for instance the Aritpoppe in my opinion is fully lacking) - the storage space for phone, keys, etc. is so practical and the career comes with the most perfect accessories (all weather cover, changing bag, etc), it s super light, easy to put on, easy to wash (unlike e. g. the Cybex Coya Boucle) - finally an overall visual appeal thanks to a well thought through design and large choice of finishes convinced me too (I don’t like the super sporty look of the BabyBjorn and all the hanging straps). You guys have really nailed it! So much so that I bought 2 carriers for myself and 1 as a gift for my cousin who’s is due in April, as well as all the accessories that come with it. I’m your new fan!

I bought the metro+ ànd the product is fine. However i bought it only a year ago and the adaptators are discontinued - i guess to encourage to buy the new metro 3 product. However now I'm stuck ! it prevents me to create a travel system without the adaptator. I dont recommend buying from them for that reason.

We have the Omni Dream Babycarrier and really love it. We use ist everyday since our baby is 3 Months, now he is 14 months and we still use it.

My order didn’t arrive for 2 weeks. Only after multiple follow ups, it was resolved. Your team said that they didn’t receive payment but later apologised for the mistake. Not a good experience for a customer and a new mother
