After 2 months of usage we noticed that one part underneath the seat was broken. I contacted customer support and they sent us a replacement within two days. Replacement was easy. Thanks a lot for the great customer support!

Not helpful at all. I wanted to purchase a button as one broke. The only reply I got was where I bought the carrier and there are no buttons to buy. This is nothing for today’s consumer as it is zero sustainable if I have to buy a whole new carrier instead of just one replacement button! Can not recommend ergobaby because of missing spare parts and zero sustainability.
Leider löst sich der innenstoff nach einem 1,5 jahren schon auf. An den Beinen den Trägern und dem nackentwil fürs Baby. Ich bin leider wirklich sehr enttäuscht.

I have Ergobaby buggy. The warranty should be from your side like any other Company! Why I need to contact Babywalz where I bought it! If I bought IPhone I will contact Apple not the seller!

Amazing support! I needed some help with my carrier and the help was much more than I expected. Super friendly staff who was responding in the emails. I love my carrier and I use it every day. Don’t know what I would do without it.

I guess your products are okay - but your homepage is so bad that I can‘t get them to my home to try them out. Check previous service cases for explanation.

I made a return of the purchased product for 45 days ago and I still haven't received the payment back regardless of the several reminders. By now customer service has also stopped answering my emails. I wonder if I ever will get my money back?

The experience was an absolute catastrophe. I ask for a specific offer. The customer service had no clue at all, said it was still valid, but it wasn’t which turned out in my second approach to the service agent saving that now it was no longer valid and that that‘s it. But this he could have told me also the last time, but since my question was less than 24h hours after I missed the offer, it could have made someone incredibly happy to show some goodwill. So you lost a client now. I bought somewhere else
