Arrived fairly quickly and as expected

Wow, absolutely love this carrier! I was lucky to be a product tester and I have another ergo baby carrier to compare with but straight away this just felt so different and a lot comfier than others. There are so many adjustments you can make to get it perfect, loads of pockets which is a big bonus! I chose the cream linen and it’s so soft and nice for my baby, she is able to rest her head on it and it doesn’t rub. Gorgeous design too. It has really upped our carrying! Love it

Shipping took a few days longer than we expected but customer service got back to us promptly when we queried it. Everything arrived in good condition and as described.

Was not that impressed with ergobaby. co. uk as a company. There wasn't enough communication eg. confirmation of order, shipping etc. I had to chase (which took longer than I would have liked for a reply) and my delivery was ultimately delayed. I only received word of this once I had chased but then having done so it arrived quite promptly.

Excellent customer service, super responsive and found a better that suitable resolution, even thought I didn’t purchase directly from them. Would highly recommend.

We were originally told it would be 7 days for delivery and once it was looking likely it wouldn't come in that first week we actually had to get in touch with support to update the delivery address and they managed to do this and update us on the status of the order and within another week it had been delivered. We never got any tracking numbers to track the order, so was a surprise when it did turn up, but will let them off seeing as we did have to change the address. The product is excellent and worth the wait.

As expected

We bought 3 Metro deluxe stroller's for our 1 month old triplets. Stroller is perfect light, nimble, comfortable, nothing but praise.

I had a problem with the shipment but the personnel from the customer support did their job perfectly and finally the package arrived to its destination

Emailed about a broken part of a stroller, they sent it to me for free, even though I bought the stroller second hand from another person. Such amazing service!

Eén van de gespen van mijn draagzak was gebroken en helaas was op dat moment de betreffende gesp niet op voorraad. Ik heb toen de klantenservoce gemaild met de vraag wanneer deze weer op voorraad zou zijn. Ik kreeg direct een mail terug dat ze hierover op de hoogte zouden houden. En zoals beloofd: zodra de gesp weer voorradig was kreeg ik een mail. Super fijn, nogmaals dank!
