Es hat ein Woche gedauert, bis ich die Info erhalten habe das meine Trage nicht lieferbar ist. Mein Ticket war 4 Tage zu dem Thema offen.

Sehr schlecht erreichbar, Auftragsbestätigungen bekommen wir nach wie vor nicht obwohl dies von uns bereits mehrmals ausdrücklich verlangt wurde!

After 3 weeks the wheel broke. After having contact with eegobaby support, they adiviced ne to the reseller, where I bought the Metro+. No reply to my needs.
Very good customer service, quick response and helpful. I happy with a product I ordered, high quality materials and stylish design.
Tutto ok, pero’ avrei preferito che per il prezzo ci fosse una custodia dello stesso colore abbinato al marsupio gia’ incluso. Stiamo parlando di una custodia da 19€, si poteva benissimo includere a fronte di una spesa di quasi 200€. In piu’ me la faro’ fare da una sarta perche’ quella che avete voi c’e’ solo nera e non mi piace abbinata al marsupio blu. La grigia non e’ disponibile e l’assistenza mi ha detto che non sa quando arriva.
It’s been over 2 weeks now and items have still not arrived. There was good communication to start with via email, they said they had an error their end and had sorted it, but now radio silence and still no items. I’ve spent a lot of money and I’m due soon so really need the items!

Kein guter Kundenservice!! Nachfragen werden nicht richtig und mit Unwillen beantwortet. Richtig schlechter Umgang mit Kunden.
I ordered the metro+ deluxe and spent 299 GBP. The delivery estimate was 7 days. I received a package that had a small mesh bag and the order status was changed to delivered. No stroller, no communication. The helpline provided in the order goes straight to “all lines are busy” and hangs up. No option to stay on the line, no call back. I sent customer care an email and they took 2 days to respond saying they will investigate. Now it’s 10 Days since the order has been placed and still nothing has been received and no further updates from customer care. I have disputed the credit card charge and will get my money back.
Not great unfortunately, I placed an order 6 working days ago and haven’t received a confirmation email yet. Customer service says the order has been received and they’ll get back to me, but no word yet and the order status tracking page just brings up an error, so not sure if/ when I will receive my order at this point. It would be great to have it before the baby arrives.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einer passenden Trage und wurde bei ergobaby fündig. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass die Trage atmungsaktiv und schnell anzuziehen ist. Mit der Omni Breeze wurden diese Kriterien erfüllt und ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Mit Hilfe der Videos konnte ich die Trage direkt richtig anziehen, ohne dass mir jemand helfen musste. So kann ich die Trage alleine schnell und unkompliziert anziehen. Die Videos zeigen außerdem wertvolle Tipps, auf was man achten muss, dass das Kind richtig sitzt. In der beiliegenden Anleitung ist auch alles anhand von Bildern verständlich erklärt. Meine 6 Monate alte Tochter liebt die Trage und schaut beim Spaziergang fröhlich umher & schläft gerne darin. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Preis ist sehr hoch, sodass sich leider nicht jeder so eine gute Trage leisten kann. Dennoch kann ich die Trage jedem empfehlen!
Schlechter und schnippischer Service.
We’ve used their carriers before, and they are good. But the service is a joke. I spent almost £200 on a single item. I got no communication about delivery. I emailed 11 days after purchase to find out what is happening and they sent me the UPS tracking number. I found out it had been delivered to a corner shop 5 days earlier. When I told them about the complete lack of communication they were totally indifferent. I’ve lost all confidence with Ergobaby.
I had a serious safety concern with the Ergobaby Metro plus buggy, still under warranty. The buggy might break at any point thus endangering my child. However the Customer Service just said they could not do anything as I had purchased the buggy at John Lewis. They have been contacted by John Lewis but still bathing. AVOID this brand, they don't care about you or your child at all.
