Not great unfortunately, I placed an order 6 working days ago and haven’t received a confirmation email yet. Customer service says the order has been received and they’ll get back to me, but no word yet and the order status tracking page just brings up an error, so not sure if/ when I will receive my order at this point. It would be great to have it before the baby arrives.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einer passenden Trage und wurde bei ergobaby fündig. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass die Trage atmungsaktiv und schnell anzuziehen ist. Mit der Omni Breeze wurden diese Kriterien erfüllt und ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Mit Hilfe der Videos konnte ich die Trage direkt richtig anziehen, ohne dass mir jemand helfen musste. So kann ich die Trage alleine schnell und unkompliziert anziehen. Die Videos zeigen außerdem wertvolle Tipps, auf was man achten muss, dass das Kind richtig sitzt. In der beiliegenden Anleitung ist auch alles anhand von Bildern verständlich erklärt. Meine 6 Monate alte Tochter liebt die Trage und schaut beim Spaziergang fröhlich umher & schläft gerne darin. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Preis ist sehr hoch, sodass sich leider nicht jeder so eine gute Trage leisten kann. Dennoch kann ich die Trage jedem empfehlen!
Schlechter und schnippischer Service.
We’ve used their carriers before, and they are good. But the service is a joke. I spent almost £200 on a single item. I got no communication about delivery. I emailed 11 days after purchase to find out what is happening and they sent me the UPS tracking number. I found out it had been delivered to a corner shop 5 days earlier. When I told them about the complete lack of communication they were totally indifferent. I’ve lost all confidence with Ergobaby.
I had a serious safety concern with the Ergobaby Metro plus buggy, still under warranty. The buggy might break at any point thus endangering my child. However the Customer Service just said they could not do anything as I had purchased the buggy at John Lewis. They have been contacted by John Lewis but still bathing. AVOID this brand, they don't care about you or your child at all.

Contacted ergobaby to confirm whether the sling I had bought on Vinted was genuine. They were really helpful at identifying whether my sling was a fake and even offered me money off a replacement sling when it transpired that it was.

Trotz Annahme Verweigerung hat mich ein Teil der Lieferung trotzdem erreicht, die Kosten für die Rücksendung muss ich aber übernehmen. Unverständlich, mich habt ihr als Kunde aufjedenfall verloren!
Very slow delivery -- item hasn't arrived yet. Also no communication about dispatch date, had to email to follow up. Disappointing.
Looking for a spare buckle - it is out of stock. At first I was told it would be a month wait(!), then told they'd be in stock within a week but that turned out not to be accurate. Frustrating as we need to use the carrier but it feels a bit unsafe without the back buckle..

Your brand seems to me to be one of those that thinks most about the well-being of the baby and the mother. It is not only aesthetically pleasing, it also fulfills the function of taking care of the baby's natural posture and avoiding pain in the mother when carrying.
Fast shipping. I received the bouncer next day from order. Good communication with customer service. Quality product.
I placed my order and the estimated delivery was 7 days later. I waited and no update. When I sent an email to the customer service after this week, they just informed we they were out of stock. I chose a different color but asked them to deliver it faster since I’ve waited already 8 days, but they said it was not possível and they’d do a refund. Ten days of wait and no baby carrier.
The products are good, but unfortunately rheumatoid arthritis service isn’t good around all.
I asked for a way to fix the broken buckle. Which should be in my opinion part of the 10 year guarantee. Its not, ok. I got a link to order a replacement buckle. Tried to order it. No availability, got back to the CS. They espect it to be back in stock in the next 2-4 weeks, but no guarantee. Thanks for nothing. Between each question & answer, it took several days.
Fantastic customer service. My query was immediately picked up and dealt with.ergobaby really went above and beyond to help me, and their baby carriers are brilliant. I recommend them all the time!
