Great, free delivery on a low value item. However it did take longer than usual

The material is great quality. My baby loves sleeping in it. He feels very comfortable in it because the feet are outside, allowing for more freedom of movement. I love this product and highly recommend it. I took one star off because I waited too long for delivery. But it was worth the wait.

Didn’t clearly advertise that the sling wasn’t front facing until much later on. I only discovered this on a video when trying to learn how to use it after product arrived.

So easy to fit and was impressed with the price and free delivery. When I snapped the original by shutting it in the car door I was so upset and worried I’d have to fork out £200 on a new carrier. An easy quick fix for a fiver was so appreciated

The cotton material could be enhanced as it is not as soft as I expected for the price. Additionally, there was some residue or lint on the carrier, which was unusual despite being in a new pack.
