The rug I received was not at all like it was pictured online - it came mostly forest green but was only supposed to have sprinkling of spa green

This is less about the rug and more about the shipping. However, it would have been better if the rug was packaged properly upon arrival, instead of having a big gaping hole exposing it.

Rug and pad are incredible!!! shipping experience was poor. I was contacted the day prior to delivery (Thursday) and the woman said they already loaded the truck for the day and that it would have to be delivered on Monday but that she would call me on Saturday to confirm. Well, Friday arrived and unexpectedly the driver showed up around noon. He said we had to offload it ourselves. We were surprised by this because nobody notified us - and with the higher price tag of this rug, we shouldn’t have to haul it from the truck into our home. Just seemed a bit strange. Thankfully my husband was home and we managed to offload it ourselves but that 10 x 14 rug was HEAVY! It was not easy to unload and that was not a nice experience for us. Other than that, we love our rug and would purchase from Enkay again, but we hope we would have a better shipping experience next time.

Arrives sooner than expected in perfect condition. Delivery driver called a few days ahead of time and then 30 minutes before delivery.
