Im very happy with my purchase, the quality is great and pattern is not over powering in the room. Its a great focal point in my living room. Handfeel is a little bit more dry but perfect for high traffic areas common areas. It shipped very fast and customer service was very respondent to my questions. I highly recommend you buy swatches of what you might like before purchasing full size, you can get a credit towards your purchase. I would definitely order again for my next project. I got the slate color - its more blue / tones of blue than than the website photos give credit, online it looks like blueish green. Because I ordered the swatch I was able to see this before placing order.

The swatch arrived quickly and was packaged nicely. I only wish there was more communication regarding the “out of stock” rug that I’d like to order. I’ve signed up to be notified when it’s back in stock, but an update would be good.

I was not impressed with the rug samples we received. I suppose for the cost the quality is to be expected. REALLY frustrating is that this non-eco-friendly company does not allow samples to be returned for credit. They suggest you throw them away. What a complete waste of resources. . . . one time use and into the landfill. If these rugs were purchased through designers who can reuse the samples for future customers, nonrefundable samples are customary. Direct-to-consumers: we have not experienced this. In fact, companies such as Tufenkian allow in-home trials of full size rugs, and all samples are refundable. What a contrast!

This rug is of very high quality and is just as pictured and described. I absolutely love the modern colors and pattern. Shipping was very fast and rug was packaged with care.

I wish it was more economical to return and exchange. The return cost organized by Enkay would have been half the cost of the rug. I would’ve loved to try another rug but now I’m too nervous about trying another one for fear that if I didn’t like it, I am down $450.
