All went well, but when was questioning whether payment would go through due to change in credit card, there was no way to reach a customer service rep by phone and no response to email. Also, I ordered and paid for 4 swatches; the one I preferred was removed from stock due to quality control issues and there was no offer to refund me the expense for swatch.
