love the pillow design. the only improvement would be to size up the pillow inserts. the included inserts are too small, as they 24x24 same as the case. to ensure a plump look and feel, a minimum insert of 26x26 is recommended. not a biggie, as these are easily orderable from another retailer, but should have been considered in the design. overall the company is solid, quick shipping and well packed.
