Nice cups, but they don't stay hot very long.

I purchased the 5 cup bowls for salads or soups as gifts for a few of my co-workers. I received a set of bowls as a shower gift several years ago and I fell in love with Ello then. I’ve encouraged purchases and have had several people tell me they bought them and love them as well. Ordering was easy on the website and they came right on time and were packaged well to keep them from breaking. I will definitely continue to purchase Ello products.

Love it. I have had my first ello water bottle for years now and the only change is some discoloration of the plastic because I put juice in it a few times. That’s my bad. Now I only use the plastic one for plain water and a metal one for anything with flavor. I love that all of the components are easy to take apart and clean well. The big plastic jug with handle is my favorite for keeping water accessible around the house.

I reached out about a replacement lid for my 64oz water bottle. Ella sent me an email with a code to take care of the Shipping. The replacement came in a timely manner. I can now use my water bottle again!

My order shipped but it never got delivered

Packaging was fine. Bottle shipped in a timely manner. Where in kind of frustrated is the pin which hold the flip top lid has already fallen out once. I was able to put it back in to hold the lid in place but this feels like a design flaw and only a matter of time before it falls out and I lose the pin which renders the lid useless. I do love the glass bottle and the sleeve.
