Ello shipped my package as stated and it was delivered on time as promised. The delivery person, however, left it at the wrong door. Thankfully my neighbor caught the error!

I love the colorful options as well as different styles. I have stainless steel and glass ones for the adults in my house and my kiddo uses the smaller stainless steel for daily school use. When my kid broke his water lid, they were so helpful and sent me a replacement. A+ customer service.

Love the color and the lid is leak proof. Perfect size and fits well in car cup holder. Only wish the lid were not plastic, but at least is not black plastic.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from this company. I absolutely love my water bottle. It's convenient to fill and use. Maintains temperature. Colors are bright. Sometimes the lids do start leak over time but I still live my bottle.

When the cup is closed and the straw is down. After awhile it has liquid all around the top of the cup on the lid. This has happened twice

A bit expensive for a replacement lid but does the job

I love my water bottle. It’s truly my emotional support water bottle, but I’ve had to replace the lid twice already :(

Great customer service. I submitted a ticket because the cap for a bottle I bought broke, and they sent me a replacement lid immediately.

Shipping was fast, customer service was great. The lid colors aren’t a perfect match, but my daughter’s happy with it so I am too.

I purchased a new lid because the other one broke soon after I purchased the bottle and this one broke within a week!! The top piece of the lid is cheep plastic which is unfortunate. I wanted to like these.

Mug came half a week early with no problems. Works great and hold heat for a good couple hours
