I have no issues with the service I received. Just wish the quality of the items I purchased was better. I purchased four kids’ water bottles and unfortunately the lids on all four broke within the first week of using them rendering them useless for our family as they were no longer leakproof proof.

Originally ordered wrong lids. Emailed ELLO customer service with pictures of my travel mugs. ELLO sent me the correct replacement lids at no extra charge! THANK YOU ELLO‼️
