Shipping & service was great. Replacement lid I received unfortunately not so great. The lid doesn’t seal properly & water leaks through. Looks like I’ll have to get rid of the bottle after all.

I am SO happy that Ello sells the cap separately because I have been using and loving my Ello flip top cap for a while now, but I thought I was going to need to replace the entire bottle because the clear plastic part on the lid broke after a fall on the table, causing the part that latches closed to snap off and making the cover useless! I am so glad Ello had a replacement cap available for purchase- I can still use my favorite water bottle (which is all decked out in fun stickers!) and it saved me some money, too! Thanks Ello for a cost effective and more eco-friendly option!

Amazing product. It does just what it says it will. Beautifully made. Everything works. I would tell everybody to buy Ello products. Honestly, what sold me on the product is the customer service and the warranty. .

Great product so far. Well made and exactly what I was looking for in meal prep glassware.

The lids warped a bit on the top rack of the dishwasher which was a little surprising, but they're still perfectly useable. The silicone also shifted in the dishwasher. All in all not QUITE as well made as I expected, but still very nice.

The replacement lid was just what we needed to save the water bottle.

Honestly, the idea of this bottle is great. I just don’t like the silicone straw, i feel like it adds a taste to my water. also the mechanism is a little off. like sometimes i have to push the straw a bit to close it fully. also, this is totally my misjudgment, but choosing white was a little stupid. my lipstick/gloss easily stains it, and since it’s silicone it’s hard to get off without a full wash. i impulsively bought this. i wouldn’t have if i realized these things before hand.
