Fast shipping

Ello products are very nice, they look nice and work well.

I ordered a 2 lunch kits and 2 water bottles for my kids. Although they are both ascetically pleasing, the lunch kits are so heavy with the ice pack and overall bulky. The water bottles do not leak but also don’t keep anything cold.

Shipping was fast.

This water bottle is NOT spill proof. I really wanted this water bottle badly so I shipped it from the U. S. to my friend’s house for 30 USD (45CAD) and had my friend ship it here for 50 USD (70 CAD). Since it’s gotten here even locked it’s been spilling everywhere even in lock mode. I’m so disappointed insanely upset I could have just gotten an owala here for much cheaper.

Love it!!!

Horrible product! Can’t not open the thermos once heated food is placed inside! For both of my sons lunch boxes!

These are great!! Beautiful colors and very sturdy. Grand Kids love them! Going to buy more!

Service was fantastic. Shipping was fast. Everyone loves my new ghost bottle and so do I!!!

This is my favorite water bottle because the ghosts are actually physically there not just a print. I like the build quality too it is very sturdy and strong.

Great products

Fast shipping, well packaged product, exactly as advertised.

Great 😊

I order a replacement for one I got as a present. I got the replacement due to the lid leaking. This new one leaks in the same way. The rubber seal is too loose and falls off making a leak. On multiple occasions it has leaked and ruined everything it leaked on. I will NOT recommend or buy your products again.

I love my ello!

Wish the hot container had a release to help the pressure escape.

I ordered one that was too big then I ordered the one for the 20 oz one and I have to tell you if it's one of my ello mugs but not the other one so I'm really disappointed and the first time they at fraudulent websites they were all over Google search and when I went into it all of my credit cards were hacked that was another problem I had to replace all of them

Shipping was good and item arrived on time. Great quality bottles.

I absolutely LOVE this cup, PLEASE collab :hands_heart|type_3:

The product is cute but it’s really heavy for a child with the Ice pack in it and while the water bottle don’t leak, it also does not keep water cold. I had higher hopes.
