Solid product. Doesn't leak and fits the other model well. Gets 4 instead of 5 stars because the replacement lids only come in gray and my existing bottles are blue & green.

All the products I have ordered from Ello are great. They are strong and durable. And when the covers to my storage containers broke they were replaced immediately. Excellent customer service. So far I purchased storage containers and a glass water bottle. I will continue to purchase from Ello.

Love my Ello Campy SS travel mug. I was gifted one by my niece some time ago and I recently lost it. I was heartbroken because it was the best travel cup I have ever used. My niece provided me with the company name and I was able to find the exact same cup in the same color on Ello's website. I love how the Ello keeps my coffee warm for hours.
