Barely 24 hours of use and it already broke and this was the replacement to the original that also broke

I would love to give five stars for the pop and fill because I really like the ease of carrying and drinking from it. However since the lid that you flip open to be able to drink has a very poor design and breaks way to easy.

I like your products so much so far that I'm gifting them to 2 other new moms.

You did great! I would advise for the planet to send your bottles like Owala does. Less packaging. The bottles make it fine in the bottle box itself, you do not need to enclose that box in another box. Also, for apartment dwellers like myself, if shipped liked Owala the pkg fits in my mail receptacle. Guaranteeing no porch pirates will steal a beloved new bottle. Most important, the planet!
