Packaging was fine. Bottle shipped in a timely manner. Where in kind of frustrated is the pin which hold the flip top lid has already fallen out once. I was able to put it back in to hold the lid in place but this feels like a design flaw and only a matter of time before it falls out and I lose the pin which renders the lid useless. I do love the glass bottle and the sleeve.

The toddler water bottle was a disappointment. The button to open the water bottle is so difficult to press that my 2. 5 year old can't get it open without an adult helping. This is very annoying, since the point of a toddler water bottle is for her to be able to use it independently! Also, the straw is VERY slow-flow, I suppose to prevent spills, but the result is that it is super hard to get any water out in the toddler version of the water bottle. This, too, is so disappointing. I want my kid to drink more water! Not to have to struggle to get it out. I understand the hope is to avoid spills, but if its at the cost of being able to actually drink water, then it's a poor design in my book. We'll be tossing this water bottle and buying a different brand.

The product is fantastic, but I want this review to be flagged for the company to remove the flexible glue dots from their packaging. The glue is not easily removable from both the spoon and plastic case. This leaves microplastic garbage on an eating utensil. The zip ties hold everything secure, glue dots are unnecessary.

It doesn’t fit my Ello glass bottle. I’m heart-broken. I didn’t see any other replacements that would fit mine. I hate to have to throw it away.
