I wish that I had gotten the ones that aren’t so deep. I’m unable to fit these into my freezer so I’m kind of bummed. I like your products a lot but wish I could have gotten the original type.

The color amazing and I bet I would look great, but I think the lid change and it doesn’t fit my bottle, customer service iiis already working with me to get the correct one lol, but I love Ello, so I’m happy🩷

I’m so grateful that this company sells replacement lids. I had originally bought my water bottle on Amazon and used it for about a year before I accidentally dropped the water bottle and broke the lid. Needless to say I was devastated. Well, it’s a little unfortunate that the color of the lid that I needed was not available. I was able to get an acceptable. Substitute delivery was quick and I’m super happy with my purchase.

Everything’s great. Just disappointed about how the yellow shade water bottle has changed to be more muted and dull

This marks my second purchase of these items, which speaks to their quality. I prefer ceramic over stainless steel. Although it is neither the hottest nor the most leak-proof, it is clearly superior for flavor and overall experience. The grip is excellent, and the smooth, rounded ceramic edge is pleasant to drink from. It fits easily in a cup holder and a backpack.
