This was my first purchase of this brand and it was very smooth

Love ellos insulated cups! I like the size of this cup because its not too big. Perfect size for morning coffee. The plum color with the "quilting stitch" design really appealed to me.

Love this bottle. It can make a great gift too! It holds up well to cold temperatures as well, in case you put it in the freezer and accidentally forget about it

Great

I love the Ello water bottle. I like the way the cap covers the "straw" to keep it clean. It's easy to fill with water and ice and easy to wash. Water stays cold. But there is a design problem. The top has broken twice on 2 different water bottles. Specifically, there is a plastic piece that locks the cap down and in place. That plastic piece has broken on both water bottles. I paid for a replacement cap the first time it happened. It was on back order so I bought the exact same water bottle to have while I waited for the replacement cap. But that new water bottle cap piece also broke. I removed the band that would allow it to snap open and stay closed. So now the cap just rests over the straw part but doesn't stay locked down.

Great service.

Pricey but they fit in the older ones, once we directly disobeyed the instructions and took off the silicon part. Glad to be able to meal prep again.

Fast service

Loved my purchasing and shipping experience with Ello. We received our products sooner than expected 😊

The top works and looks good, but does not have a straw with it. I would’ve thought that it came with a straw.

Unfortunately, got the wrong size straw sent

Shipping was fine

Great

Service and shipping was fast, excellent customer service. They met with my expectations.

Stunning!! The color shift glitter is beautiful!! 💚 💜

The replacement top I bought doesn’t seal the bottle. Not sure if I got a defective one or what but the top is basically useless.

Really good product

Shipped quickly

My item was shipped so much faster than expected I received my water bottle within 2 days!

I love it
