You did great! I would advise for the planet to send your bottles like Owala does. Less packaging. The bottles make it fine in the bottle box itself, you do not need to enclose that box in another box. Also, for apartment dwellers like myself, if shipped liked Owala the pkg fits in my mail receptacle. Guaranteeing no porch pirates will steal a beloved new bottle. Most important, the planet!

My only tumbler that I take to work. I do janitorial work in healthcare and the straw being able to go down in the cup is nice for being able to store inside my work cart so the straw stays clean!

The product was great! It came timely!

So far my drinks stay hot and when I open the container I slide to drink my tea. It doesn’t explode in my face. I am really happy with my purchase. So far it stays hot for about 3. 5 hours. I drink my tea within that timeframe so I couldn’t tell you if it keeps hot for a longer time
