Great

Buying from Elli was a quick and easy experience! Shipping took a few days but that's perfectly normal. Thank you for a perfect replacement lid.

such a cute design and fast shipping !! it was so sweet too they sent me two when I only ordered one 🥹💖 highly recommend <3

I am extremely dissatisfied. The product states it is microwave safe (with lid off). I rewarmed leftovers and 2 containers melted and 1 of them warped. I will not be buying again.

Cute but the closure broke after using it only two times.

Everything was amazing, the shipping was super quick and the product is just wonderful, 0 mess, easy to clean and comfortable to carry.

Sent me a new lid when mine broke!

I love my new water bottle!

Love the 40 oz tumbler. Leakproof , keeps it cold, I will be buying more!

It's great that they sell a replacement lid; this is my daughter's favorite thermos, and now she can use it properly again.

Great cups!!

The cup itself is super cute but the handle broke the first day my daughter used it 😕

Prompt service. Perfect rrplacement part!

The replacement lid worked great. Would order again.

Amazing service and products. Definitely 5 stars! I'll continue shopping Ello products.

Delivery was fast.

Great replacement!

I am so happy that I was able to find a replacement lid and didn't need to buy the whole bottle again. I love all ello products and I am hundred percent satisfied. Also very easy to navigate their website.

So good to have new lids for my cup, I haven’t had a good cup of coffee until they arrived

Great high quality products
