Your tops should me universal

I've never had trouble with this brand before but recently I ordered a new pack of straws for my water bottle (i'm always losing them) and they are falling out 24/7. I can't get it to stay aligned with the nozzle, every time I go to take a sip of water I'm getting nothing but air no matter how tightly I try to jam it into place. The straws that came with my bottle when I ordered it always stayed in place so I'm confused why I'm having so much trouble. I keep having to open up my water bottle at work to fish around for the straw to re-attach it which is a huge pain. And after all that trouble when I wipe my sopping wet hands and go to take a sip it's STILL NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Disappointed because I spent $12. 99 on these straws just for them to render my water bottle unusable. I'm not going to keep putting my head at a 90 degree angle just to get a drop of water out of the nozzle.

No complaints. Shopping went smoothly, item received in good condition, and I absolutely love it!

I got the lemon one and have received so many compliments. I figured it out after the first time can’t fill it up with ice because the collapsible straw needs room to collapse which will be perfect around the pool or beach. I plan on purchasing the strawberry one next.
