After purchasing two hose reel carts, a number of watering attachments and the hose repair tool and parts (all excellent high-quality items) a shut-off valve with swivel developed a leak. After notifying Eley, a brand new one arrived within 3 days, and after testing proved to be perfect. I purchased my Eley reel 8 years ago and always got compliments about the quality of the parts and construction. This year, it developed a leak. I contacted Eley about their 10 year warranty, and they responded right away. Within a week, I received a replacement part with the upgraded design that fit perfectly. Eley products are expensive, but the product and service are more than worth the price.
