Excellent service, I had a hose that had problems with one end and they immediately sent me the repair part and machine to fix it at no cost, amazing! They do require that you send them a picture of the problem, but I don't blame them for that because there are so many scammers around. So, an email and a picture, they take care of everything quickly, and a ten year guarantee, you can't beat that. I have probably bought six hoses from them and two hose reels. I will never buy that cheap Chinese junk that Home Depot sells again.
