Awesome product, I recommend it all the time. I really didn’t like your customer interface which drives everything via the website, sometimes you need a phone call either because the issue is better resolved that way or because the website takes too long and doesn’t get you what you’re looking for. A shipping mistake was made, shipping three parts of the four ordered, I got frustrated by no phone option and a cumbersome website, but happy the missing part was promptly shipped.

Quick response from customer service for a warranty issue.

Purchased 7 years ago, and my hose reel worked to perfection for the entirety of this time. However, we encountered a minor issue and contacted ELEY via email. The problem was quickly resolved within 10 minutes via a reply email (No exaggeration)! Next thing you know, ELEY customer service expedited a shipment of a new part, and we were good to go within 3 days!!! Amazing, and we definitely made the right choice picking ELEY!

Easy peazy repair under warranty- replaced!

It’s going on three years now and my hose reel has held up superbly. No rust it looks the same as when I bought it. Would definitely buy another one after buying cheaply made hose reels over the years. I’m glad I did my research and found this one online.

Probably one of my best purchasing experiences. Everything about the hose reels was high-end; the reel itself was engineered to be high quality, the instructions were top-notch, and as a former packaging engineer, I found the packaging to be exceptionally well-designed as well. These guys know how to wow their customers!

My warranty replacement experience was top-notch. I had two defective hose swivels on two two-wheel hose reels I purchased five years ago. Eley promptly sent out replacement parts to make me better than new (the replacement swivels are a new design that seems to have improved on what I had). These are pricey hose reels, but the solid construction, high performance and great warranty make them worth the cost.
