Eley is one of the best companies and products I have ever used. . I’ve been a customer for close to 10 years. . They’re customer service is amazing. . I have 2 hose reels, both were a few years old. . Needed a part and ordered it. . Then discovered that amazingly the reel was still under warranty . I believe one of the owners handled my claim personally. . She deleted my original order and then shipped out the part I needed under warranty ASAP. Amazing customer service. The quality of the ELEY hose cart is top notch. It was significantly harder to put together than I would have imagined, and the directions were difficult to follow. Once the cart was fully assembled, however, it became evident that my bad luck with previous competitor brands of hose reels will not be the case with this one. I’m extremely pleased with the fit and finish of the unit. Everything feels heavy-duty, well engineered, and built to last. My only real criticism would be that the assembly instructions could be clearer, especially when installing the extended hose reel configuration for this unit. Now that it’s together, it operates flawlessly and feels like a true long-term investment rather than another disposable hose reel cart

i have had the eley hose reel for 2 years, and decided to replace my old expandable hose with an eley product. Unfortunately i have found this hose very difficult to use- it is very stiffy and getting it to wind up on the reel without kinks has been next to impossible. maybe there is something i am missing- but i was sweating and struggling and found the use very frustrating
