I had an issue with a leak on my Eley 4-wheel hose cart, but didn’t know exactly where the water was coming from. The gentleman at customer service very patiently walked me through every step to find the exact spot and then made arrangements to send me a replacement part. I was very appreciative of his time and help.

after about 8 years it started to leak at the rotating seal, contacted them for warranty and had the parts in a few days. I have 5 reels total and some get almost daily use during the summer months. Great reels only wish they made a 3/4” garden hose.
