I have been using Eley products for the last 6 or 7 years and would be longer if I had been aware of their quality and customer service. Its first class for both. I had a valve start leaking and submitted a warranty request. Heard back within about 20 minutes requesting a remove any of the pipe seal tape and try it again, I did. When I dissassembled the valve from the hose and Eley quick disconnect, I found a small piece of plastic, part of the valve, sent Eley the photos and had a new valve two days later. Much appreciation to Eley and their customer service

I had an old style brass fitting that was leaking. A new one was sent out quickly at no charge. This is a top of the line business and I highly recommend them and their products.
