PROS: Excellent quality, super comfortable in zero, or near zero gravity positions, jade heat is great, power recline mechanism is very smooth, great for easing pressure off your back, relaxing, napping CONS: biggest issue is due to the fact that the seat and back are in fixed positions, you cannot adjust back position, only the top little head piece. Because of this, your body is reclined too far to eat or use a laptop while in the chair, since you have to lean forward; the other thing for me personally is that the chair arms are about an inch too high. So when i sit in chair and naturally let my arms to my side and rest on the chair arms, it causes my shoulders to rise because the chair arms are not lower. and you cannot raise the seat level to adjust either

Works great

This is one of the best massage chairs that I have ever received . I have had a few. I just received it yesterday. I suffer from a very bad case of myo fascial tightness. The first time I used the chair most of my pain went right away. This is a Blessing because I do not have access to therapy because of the pandemic. Human-touch customer service is excellent. They stand by their products. This not my first human touch chair and I am sure that it will not be my last one.

A heating component would enhance chair

I finally bought my Perfect Chair after years of dreaming about it. It replaced a recliner that had a tray table and cupholders in the arms. After I got my Perfect Chair, I found that I missed the tray table and was happy to see it offered as an accessory from Human Touch. My husband attached it to my chair, and I’ve been a happy camper ever since!

She loves her new whole body 5.1 massage chair . It’s been wonderful in helping with her sciatica pain. She will even use the chair during the night when she can’t sleep. She was thrilled with the style and was happy it looked so good in her room . It was a perfect gift !

Have loved the Wholebody 5.1. Great massage with great look. Wished there was a user setting for duration of the massage - otherwise very pleased.

Great for after snow skiing.

In my opinion this is the best Foot & Calf Massage on the market! I work on my feet all day and suffer from Plantar-fasciitis so this unit has been a game changer for me! I highly recommend trying one out for yourself. Thank you Human Touch for making such a great product!!!

This is a great massager, it does go deep, but works great for tired feet and calves

Tried it at Bed Bath and Beyond, my husband and I had to keep going back to use it, so I bought it for him for Christmas. It is an intense massage, which is great for me. However my mother felt it was too intense at the lowest setting.

I really enjoy the way my Novo XT2 massages. it's been great especially after my workout, and it helps me relax and reduces my tension. This is definitely one of the best purchases I've made! thank you for this massage chair.

I didn't see any reviews for this before I bought it a week ago so I figured I'd post one. The massage itself feels great. You can shuffle between two intensities and it hugs your feet and legs super tight. Does feel like a real massage. The heat feature works and the motor is extremely quiet. Doesn't really hug my thighs as well as it does my calves, but man, it really gets your calves and feet. You can use the knead feature or just vibrate. I wish I could set it to just massage my calves and not my feet. The knead feature controls both simultaneously. I also have to tilt it a little on its back legs when on the couch trying to relax. Other than that it works super well, and as someone who works standing on hard floors all day, it's necessary. Putting 4 stars.

Surprisingly it’s very hard to find reviews for this and many human touch products. I bought this on no recommendation and after using it for a week I’m pleased to say it’s ok. It does work very well, it’s quiet the heating feature actually works and it vibrates. I’d like to have more control on the message. The thing that really annoys me is that this thing doesn’t have the front flip out stand so you can tilt it back while sitting on a couch. It’s awkward to position, I have to have it Teetering back to be at a comfortable position.

My name is Christi and I’ve struggle with migraines for years. I met these guys at the world equestrian games last year. 2018 I sat in the chair for two weeks and it made a huge difference in my headaches. 6 months later I saw them again and couldn’t stop thinking on how much this chair helped me. I sit in it every night and can’t tell you how much it’s helped me. I stopped spending money on expensive massages. It’s the best purchased my husband and I ever made for me.

Can anyone tell me if you remove head support pillow will it massage you skull base and upper neck area ok? Thank you
