I finally talked my husband into purchasing the Sana massage chair in 2020. It has been the best decision for both of us. I have issues with my cervical spine and was getting regular massages at least once a month, I have not had one since purchasing this chair. My husband struggles with lumbar back pain from time to time and has not had many issues this chair hasn't been able to help with. We also moved from a 5 bedroom home into a 2 bedroom apartmant over the past month. Due to having 2 storage units and the apartment we moved ourselves. Without this massage chair I don't think we could have done it. We both would get in it before and after moving days and would wake up the next day feeling refreshed! Don't wait get the chair it will change your life!!

Delivery was fast. I use to have Ijoy and had it for a long time. Now I am replacing a new one and really enjoy it. Size is perfect!!

Due to chronic pain after surviving Stage III Breast Cancer, I was no longer able to do many things that I once was able to do. I had been unable to run anymore due to pain and even sitting at my desk was brutal. I have had the chair Just two days...I was able to run two miles tonight. Though not as far as I had been able to run in the past, this is huge! I never expected to feel this good so quickly let alone be able to run again. I woke multiple times last night as I normally do, the difference was that I was not in as much pain. I honestly was surprised, thought I was dreaming. If you are in the fence about getting this chair, it really is worth the money. In addition, it is a beautiful chair. My cats love to sit in it too...of course they prefer the most expensive place to sit in the entire house!

I use it over and over everyday. My family love to use it when they come over. My husband says I'm gonna wear it out too soon!!

Now that my husband and I are empty-nesters with some spare bedrooms to reclaim, I wanted to get a couple of massage chairs for our newly created "Crafts and TV Room". I appreciated the streamlined look (and sale price!) on the Human Touch 5.1 model, and ordered two in the bone color. They are AWESOME! The massage can be intense on old bones, but is highly adjustable, and we use a pair of electric throws to compensate for getting the model that doesn't have heat built in. I love how they look, and that the foot/calf massager that is built into the ottoman rolls under to maintain the chairs' sleek appearance when they are not in use. The chairs swivel just enough to rotate from conversations to watching television. They are comfortable in a snuggly, comforting way and recline for a great zero-gravity experience. I ordered some eye-massaging, Bluetooth sleep masks online, to create an even more immersive experience. Now our room is the "Crafts/TV/Spa Room"! The kids are jealous, and I'm sure they'll be around all the time, trying to get chair time, once the pandemic clears. Meanwhile, these chairs have made our increased home time a lot more enjoyable!

We have had our chair for probably nine years. It was manufactured in 2011. It still continues to work great & is a marvelous massage chair. The only problem is that the fake leather on the headrest, arms and seating area of the chair has disintegrated to the point of where it's an embarrassment to have company see it. The manufacturer did make good on a headrest replacement for us at a modest cost, but now the arms and the seating area of the chair look really rough. I wish they made a slipcover that fits over this thing cuz the chair itself still functions properly. That's the one fault.

Battery life is short but good
