The chair is amazing I just would like to say Jeremy Stoetzel sold me my chair at a Costco road show and he was outstanding he didn't try to sell me or close Me on the sale Jeremy had good listening skills and knew the product very well. I can say he was a big part of why I bought the chair .

So far I had it a few months. It helps my nerve damage. It focuses on the pressure points. It has a good amount a massager heads in the unit to completely cover my calves, feet, and back of heel. Does a good amount of pressure and harder and I wouldn’t be able to take it so it works well.
I bought the chair for my life-partner who for years found it difficult to find a comfortable, non-painful position to sit in any length of time. It felt like a miracle to find this chair that can be adjusted to where there is no pressure point or at least a consistent pressure point. She was in hospice for about 3 months and the chair worked out alright. However, she would get stuck in the chair and unable to navigate the controls and avoided the chair unless someone was in the room with her. I find the controls a bit confusing sometimes also. The chair is really nice and a relief for my back and a wonderful stress relief.
My Human Touch Rep, Sherry Hort, was way more than helpful. She even offered to help with the installation. When I declined her gerous offer, she seemed disappointed that she couldn't do more. We'll be doing busin ess with her again.

I purchased the PC610 because of an injured back. I would wake up in the middle of the night with back spasms and flared up back muscles. I could barely get out of bed and walk. It was horrible! My friend recommended this chair. It was expensive, but I purchased it anyway looking for relief. I would end up sleeping in Zero Gravity mode and was able to sleep through the night and get up with minimum discomfort. I think getting blood to the lower back is making a big difference.

The customer service was top-notch, but the recliner did not work for me specifically because the lumbar stuck out too far and the padding above it was insufficient.
well, maybe Christmas as well, these chairs are a fairly substantial investment. But I am, now 3 months later, happy I invested. At the most extreme of both leg and back adjustment, I'm lying nearly flat with my legs/feet nearly perpendicular to the floor. It probably looks ridiculous but feels so good for swollen legs and feet. Less extreme positions are also great for reading, TV watching, etc. Customer service response, when I asked questions about chair size relative to my stature, was quick and spot on. Shipment was speedy and delivery smooth - the driver placed inside my front door just as I was expecting. Unboxing and the minor assembly required was within my capabilities (female, 70+ but in good health and competent with simple hand tools). If I were to change anything about the design of this chair it would be a more robust method of battery-backup for power failure. Relying on 9-volt batteries that must be changed periodically to ensure freshness and which can't be "tested" because they are one-use only is not particularly reassuring. At the suggestion of friends with suitable electric/electronic knowledge, I've chosen to employ an uninterruptible power supply. I have the PC 600
When my previous massage chair broke (another company's chair, no repair available), I immediately bought the Super Novo because of a demonstration at Costco some months earlier. I knew the HumanTouch would feel good, provide some additional functions, and was fixable. So, I'm a happy camper.

I'm still using my chair after 10 plus years. It still works like new.
I do love my new massage chair an use it every week once or twice a week. It helps with circulation an feels great when i am done at the end of a day of moving about. I am 70 now an walk everyday 3 to 4 times a day with my dog! I am active during the day .....the chair helps with lots of things an i feel great after using it. I have a 3 year warrenty on it but havn't had to use it yet so i can't speak for the customer service on that yet. But if I have an issue I would hope they would be helpfull. I will keep you posted on that! Thank you for a great product so far!
I am 86, have Osteoarthritis ! Live in my chair. It helps so much with my pain. When I get up I actually walk better ! Also I use the heat settings every day and it help me with my back pain. Thank you❤️
