We love our Zero Gravity 5.0 and use it almost constantly. Well inevitable happened after many years, and we wore out the back massage unit. After speaking with Cathy in support she diagnosed the part that needed replacement. We purchased it and it was immediately shipped out. Upon receipt, we watched the YouTube video and my wife and I were able to replace the back massage unit in about 30 minutes. Great support , and we are back to enjoying our chair. Thanks Cathy.

We bought a chair about 13 years ago and loved it. we wanted to replace it and the one we ordered was as close as we could get but it isn't as powerful and it doesn't have a button to put the chair in the original position which is a real inconvenience. However the chair is comfortable to sit in and looks great in our family room.

let me tell you that I just LOVE our NOVO chair!! I like to put on my noise-cancelling headphones, link in to something like a running brook or ocean waves, hop in the chair and "Calgon, take me away!" I'm out of here! I took a misstep off a ladder almost 2 months ago now - thought there was one less rung than there was 😒 - and managed to both knock my right hip up and out and mis-align a couple of vertebrae. The hip was popped back for me, but the vertebrae keep wanting to pop back out, and one is the S1, which then had been pressing on that nerve, causing walking issues. Just not fun. I have been going to the Dr. (an osteopath) regularly to get popped back, but the lower, sciatic vertebrae hasn't wanted to stay, so he's had me lying on a tennis ball to help loosen it up. A few days ago the light finally went on that, hey!, there is a mode option on the chair that stretches the lower back. So, I've been doing an hour's worth of that each day, along with heat, and also lying on the ball. Today, after the chair time, as I was lying on the ball, I did a yogic stretch of one leg, and "click" the offending vertebrae went back into place!! Stunning! Thank whoever developed that "energize" series for the chair! Thanks again for this wonderful product. I've recommended it to many friends!

I love the extension! I would have given it a 5 if they didn't give you screws that the directions say throw them out. Why give the screws if the directions say to throw them out!

chair arrived in good condition. except controler features are rather simple but yet still hard to get the needed area or setting. massage pressure or strength rather strong, even with the lowest strength is not significantly different. chair size is rather slim and long, our family members are considered petite and its working fine to us but may be tight for many.

This chair was delivered well and gives a good quality message. I am very satisfyed.

I was just delivered my new 5.0 from the factory today, 7/6/2020. Pros: Beautiful Chair, great massage, great foot massage, attractive chair that work well in my Living Room. Cons: Only two concerns at this juncture: the ottoman release button takes Godzilla to operate. The ottoman seems out of adjustment the problem being that when you are using the ottoman as a lower leg rest, the unit does not rotate far enough to support the whole lower calf the back edge of the ottoman is left in the air higher that the rest of the ottoman which is angled down. As a result after using for a few minutes the back edge digs into the top of the calf and is very uncomfortable. This may just be an adjustment and perhaps it is related to the release button problem discussed earlier. I tried to call support and after an hour on hold gave up. Four start due to these problems.

Yes it’s expensive but there is no other chair that has this style and comfort. Quality and design are first rate and this is a chair you leave to your kids. By the way, the perfect zero gravity posture is critical in the body’s ability to renew and heal. Or maybe it’s not, you decide. Very glad I finally tried it.
