I replaced all three elements on my two slot toaster although only the middle one had failed. It is such a fiddly task that you do not want to repeat it if you can avoid it. The need for an uncommon sized spanner (6. 5mm) meant I used needle-nose pliers instead which worked ok but not first prize. Amazon do have a spanner of 6. 5mm but reviews say quality is bad and prone to bending? It would be nice if Dualit had a decent quality one to order. The elements work well but as already said fiddly to install.

Easy to fit. It took 5 minutes, but you do need the specialist very small spanner.

Arrived well within the estimated delivery date.
