Very specific spanner is NOT included with elements so we had to find a workaround. Otherwise, parts were great although fiddly to fit. Delivery was on time too. Thank you.

Very easy to put together and use. The hand blender is a very useful addition to the kitchen. The only minor disappointment is the chopper blade which seems a bit weak/ flimsy and struggled to chop up our cats kibble biscuits. The kibbles are quite hard so may be better for something less hard.

Good company to deal with

Speedy and efficient. Clear written instructions.

Quick and easy

Very poor subscription service, one delivery out of three

Shipping was slow due to the factory having to wait for a new batch of timers!

All products bought we first class. We will buy more items in the future,

I wouldn’t buy any other make. Excellent quality and service as always.

Ordered online. The product was well packaged and turned up on time.

Delivered very quickly as usual

Received my element quickly and was easy to fit. . . . . very pleased.

Dualit have it just about right. A toaster that will keep going for many years as it's reasonably easy to fit broken elements etc. Customer contact good.

Excellent product, fast shipping.

Thanks for the chance to give feed back. Just hope you make something similar as ours is 13 years old!

Supply was fine, not sure in the consistency of the end plates.

Took too long to be sent out when original order was not received. Took 3 phone calls before a replacement was sent.

Great to get my toaster working again without having to buy a new one

Perfect. Quick delivery and excellent product, choosing refurbished meant I saved money but it was like receiving a brand new one as it comes with a one year guarantee.

Nice
