20 year service for our toaster, not that the elements had gone but more the protective mica was flaking off. Easy to fit, very reasonable price, perfect. Only annoyance was I hadn't realised I needed a 4BA spanner so had to purchase one separately even tho if I'd ticked the box at the time of ordering you would have sent one free!

Love the fact we can keep out 20 year old toaster going. Our electrician was so impressed (he did the replacements in seconds as he was working here anyway) that he is now going to buy one!
