Very specific spanner is NOT included with elements so we had to find a workaround. Otherwise, parts were great although fiddly to fit. Delivery was on time too. Thank you.

Very easy to put together and use. The hand blender is a very useful addition to the kitchen. The only minor disappointment is the chopper blade which seems a bit weak/ flimsy and struggled to chop up our cats kibble biscuits. The kibbles are quite hard so may be better for something less hard.
