I purchased 2 elements to repair my aging Dualit toaster, now it's as good as new. This is the way all products should be designed and manufactured.

Helpful staff, efficient delivery

Excellent service

Excellent service

Arrived on time.

Arrived well packaged. No problems.

Arrived promptly and was well packed.

The toaster arrived when promised, very easy to order, happy with the service.

Delivery was OK

I ordered, paid and they all arrived in sturdy packaging. Thank you.

Perfect. A wee bit of a faff to fit but worth it!

Easy to fit and we have got our toaster back

The new elements were not very powerful and it took ages to make toast

Shipping was over a month from ordering but it is worth the wait for a quality product.

Took a long time to arrive and it’s okay as a toaster - not brilliant and quite frankly it should be for the money. Let’s hope if lasts.

Amazing coffee for such a great price!

I didn't receive it yet

Easy to order and product came within a day or two

out of stock for quite a while. postage was expensive as was the small, but essential replacement filter

Easy to order and fast delivery . As noted elsewhere the supplied spanner is of no use .
