For a free gift with purchase who could complain? Shipping notifications were great. I’m a fan of dualit because products are made to last and most of them are repairable, not that they go wrong often. But after 35 years my mums Dualit toaster needed a new timer and when it came back fixed it looked as good as new. Made in England is a plus too.
