Could be better!

I love these flat (alternative fill) pillows— I’ve got them at both of our houses, one of which is a short term rental and guests are always asking me where they can buy them. I recently stayed in three different hotels that are highly rated but their pillows are way too thick and they kill my neck. As soon as I arrived home from driving through 7 states, I ordered more of these wonderful Downlite flat pillows— what a relief they provide. They are quality and you really do get what you pay for.

Shipping took longer than expected, and I don’t think I was told it would come in 2 shipments. Pillow well packed. Pillow covers—it would be nice if they weren’t wrapped in heavy, disposable plastic. I am amazed at how the prices have risen since my last order just a couple of years ago!

This pillow is amazing — it completely solved my neck problem and provides excellent support without being too firm. I’ve tried many pillows before, and this one truly stands out for comfort and balance. The only downside is the natural down smell. Personally, I didn’t mind it, but my husband found it a bit strong at first. He aired his pillow out for about a week, and the smell faded significantly. When I asked if he wanted to switch back to his old memory foam pillows, his answer was a solid no — he’s sticking with the Downlite! Overall, we’re both very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

I have purchased a lot of DownLite products from the Downlite company over the years, I have never been disappointed with their products. I recommend the DownLite factory store in Mason Ohio if you want high quality bedding products.

The company is awesome. Replaced a pillow that was sent by mistake. Emails were answered on time. Pillows are amazing!! We never slept so well ever.

After many years of use, my beloved down pillow had become too flat for comfort. I searched high and low, but none of the local companies like Macy’s had a satisfactory replacement. An internet search led me to Downlite. The pillow whose description best fit my needs was the "My First Soft Down Pillow” As a back and stomach sleeper, this pillow was available in goose down so I bought one. This pillow is a perfect replacement for my beloved old down pillow. I keep it fluffed up when I sleep on my back, and if I roll onto my stomach in the middle of the night, simply bunch it up tighter and back to sleep I go. Highest recommendation, except for the name (it’s not MY first down pillow…)
