Comforter is exactly what we were looking for.

I'm very picky about the comforters I use and I spent a long time trying to find the perfect down comforter. I stayed in a luxury Airbnb with the best comforter of all time and after checking the tags, immediately ordered this for my home. I ordered the King sized all-season and put it in a queen sized duvet cover for extra fluff. I'll consider moving to a king size duvet in the summer when it gets warmer to get the comforter breath a little more. Overall I love it!

Easy to find what pillow I was looking for, my order was shipped and delivered promptly with no problem.

The pillows are awesome!

Shipping and service were excellent.

Great product and excellent customer service.

In a world where so many business desert you, Downlite Bedding personnel were a breath of fresh air! They have a great product, but stand behind it and help you out with questions or issues. I was VERY impressed by their thoughtful follow up. I'd order from them again in a heartbeat!

Love the pillow

I love my new down pillow. I should have purchased this pillow years ago.

Shipping was fast.

Super easy to navigate website and order, shipping quick and nicely packed!

We purchased pillows and comforter and feel like we are back on vacation. We wanted to achieve the feeling we had when we were on vacation and the Downlite bedding achieved that! The way the pillows are made with the middle chamber make it so comfortable to sleep on. All season comforter suits my husband and I very well. He sleeps hot, where I sleep cold. I had a question about my order and the customer service rep (I forgot her name) was so helpful and solved my issue quickly. Highly recommend!

Ordering and shipping were so smooth. Item arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent customer experience. Total professionalism.

Great pillow. Packed nicely and arrived with no issues.

Downlite did great. Sometimes hard to choose a pillow. It's like being in a candy store.

Love the softness of it. The case is a bit hard/crunchy, but I’m sure it will soften after a few uses.

Quality of King Tencel mattress pad was fabulous, but it did not fit snuggly to my new Saatva mattress Delivery - box was light weight and the taped seams were loose and coming apart. Box was damaged when left but pad was in a separate plastic bag and OK Bolt for 3rd party payment was an issue with my fraud protection and too many alerts. Had to delete it from my account Customer service was 5 Stars! Took a risk ordering this on-line without seeing/touching to compare with others to justify the high price. The person I talked to was helpful and caring! Made the experience much better.

Great customer service experience. Friendly and helpful

Shipping was alittle long but worth waiting for.
