Downlite did great. Sometimes hard to choose a pillow. It's like being in a candy store.

Love the softness of it. The case is a bit hard/crunchy, but I’m sure it will soften after a few uses.

Quality of King Tencel mattress pad was fabulous, but it did not fit snuggly to my new Saatva mattress Delivery - box was light weight and the taped seams were loose and coming apart. Box was damaged when left but pad was in a separate plastic bag and OK Bolt for 3rd party payment was an issue with my fraud protection and too many alerts. Had to delete it from my account Customer service was 5 Stars! Took a risk ordering this on-line without seeing/touching to compare with others to justify the high price. The person I talked to was helpful and caring! Made the experience much better.

Bought 4 downlite pillows. I have neck issues so honestly, wasn’t expecting too much from this pillow. However, I LOVE my new downlite pillows. I can’t explain it, they just mold perfectly without being too soft and offer a great night’s sleep.

I travel all the time for work and thus find myself in a lot of hotels. One night about a year and a half ago, I got stranded due to weather problems that cancelled my flight. The hotels that my company typically uses in that city were all booked, so I wound up at a random hotel. Although I didn’t get to the hotel until about 3am, I think I had the best sleep of my life! The hotel had this exact pillow and it changed my life. I took a picture of the tag with the intention of eventually buying the same one. I just had a major surgery and decided now was the perfect time to upgrade my pillow to my dream pillow. I bought 2 of this style. I am in immense pain from my surgery, but couldn’t be happier with how comy & cozy my new pillows are! If you’re a back sleeper and like a soft, cozy pillow, then this is for you! I promise it will change your life! Sweet dreams!
