I haven’t slept on the pillow, yet, but since it was advertised as “especially soft”, I actually expected it to be less filled. I know, you can’t please everyone. 😊

Best purchase ever!!

I have made a number of purchases from Downlite over the years, and I have been impressed by the quality of each item I bought. The quality far exceeds what other retailers offer and the price provides me added value. I still have a number of the pillow covers I bought several years ago and they have stood up over time. I am looking forward to using my new king pillow covers and the nice mattress cover I just received, once our new bed is delivered.

I love this company and your products!

First class exchange. Thank you.

We loved the pillows at our hotel, so I found the tags and ordered online. We are very happy with our choice and have slept well. Our search for the perfect pillow is done!

Best pillows I’ve ever owned.

Fast shipping and great product

I was not disappointed!! This pillow truly is like the ones in a hotel bed. Your head is nicely supported and does not sink, it’s like a structured soft cloud, shoulders stay aligned and all this has made my sleep so deep

Remarkable customer service!

Great shipping fast!!

I bought the pillow because I have a plate in my cervical neck and I needed a pillow that was comfortable and didn’t cause my neck pain. This is way to stiff can’t use it. Ugh! I had stayed at a Holiday Inn recently and the pillow was perfect. This didn’t match the comfort

Awesome

Amazing quality and comfort. Heaven

This pillow saved my neck! I absolutely love it! I had been having really bad neck pain for months and bought this pillow and my neck pain is gone! I like to sleep on my side and back, and it’s perfect! Highly recommend and love that that the feathers are ethically sourced! That was the main reason I purchased from this company. :)

I was excited to come across this brand and happy there were several positive reviews. Downlite certainly lives up to the hype. The pillow is super comfy. I like that I can adjust it depending on the support I need. Highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent! They answered all my questions and were so pleasant!

Excellent company

Love my pillow

I purchased the wrong pillow by mistake. Downlite CS couldn’t have been better! Bravo! Thanks Downlite!
