There was a shipping glitch, not downlite’s error, and they shipped a replacement immediately!!! I love Downlite pillows!! Only thing that helps my bum neck. Will sleep well tonight!!

Down light bedding is awesome… I discovered down light from a recent cruise on Holland America cruise line. Ordered the down, alternative all season duvet and loved it so much That I tried one of their pillows as well and amazing. Highly recommend.
