The pillow I ordered was not right for me, so I opted to return it. I was told to keep it and donate it, to save the hassle of making a return. It was very gracious of the company and I appreciate it.

I'm thrilled with my purchase.

My wife loves the pillows

Shipping time was great!

Great Pillow and Great Company!

No problems

I will not buy a pillow from any other source. I don't care how much it is discounted or the claims. Lesson learned. These pillows will replace all your sleeping pills. Just try them and see. They have MASTERED pillows like no other pillow manufacturer out there.

A thousand stars for customer service. Wow. Service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. I had to do a return, and they were absolutely amazing. I won’t hesitate to order from them again.

Very quality and confort

We love our new pillows.

That courteous service of excellent products.

Wonderful customer service, as always!

Love these downlite products

Wonderful and helpful customer service. Incredible quality. Love love love it

These pillows were exactly why my husband and I were looking for. . . Soft, moldable, thin. We tried several other brands, and nothing came close to the Downlite pillow. Highly recommend!

When I travel I FedEx my pillows to my destination. Otherwise I lose sleep!

Outstanding. In every possible way, Downlite took good care of us, and went beyond.

Very Comfortable!

Service and communication is great!

Love it, got the extral large relationship saver king. It drapes on all 3 sides, love that
