We were delighted that the person who assisted us showed us all the features of the frame and actually placed our document in the frame for us !! The frame displayed small scratches. I'd expect better packaging and/or quality control for the price I paid for this frame. The scratches aren't notisable unless the ligth hits the frame at an angle. That is the only reason why I didn't send it back.

I had to get an extra mat to mount the diploma because the picture and size were wrong. Opening up the package the internal mat wax 11x14 and diploma 8x11.

The dual diploma frame is beautiful and arrived in great condition! Challenge was the mounting brackets were pretty lightweight for such a large/heavy frame. Because of the proprietary design of the brackets, it was challenging to mount it and ensure that it would be secured properly to the wall.
