Still have not recieved ordered stole frame

Dilma was extremely helpful. A good buying experience. I will say the hanger system was somewhat more difficult when trying to align two frames.

Very good customer service !

I love the beauty and craftsmanship of this diploma frame.

Excellent quality product!

Excellent service!

The website is easy to navigate, shipping was fast, the frame was nicely packaged, and the frame is beautiful.

The frame I ordered was beautiful and just my grandson loved it. It came very well packaged so there was no chance of it getting damaged. I plan to order from you again when my other two grandchildren graduate from college. It is a great gift and one they would not buy themselves. I am very pleased and happy with the entire experience. The staff were also vey helpful with answering questions I had.

Absolutely beautiful!

Can I return for a smaller frame? My son's Dr diploma is much smaller than the frame so this one will not work. Please contact me at marla.l.hughes@bwigroup.com

Great product and costumers service! Carol is phenomenal!

My frame was packaged with care and received in perfect condition. The workmanship is beautiful. Church Hill Classics is highly recommended.

The University of Tennessee frame is unique and classy-looking. Exactly what I was looking for, and arrived in a timely fashion and packaged carefully.

.

I have three frames from Church Hill - two for undergrad and one for a graduate degree, so I think I have a decent frame of reference lol. At one point, I had a question about a custom size for the graduate diploma, but I was informed that I could select a different option and not have to go a custom route (and thus pay more). Shipping was fast as well, and I found the instructions clear so I could easily hang my diplomas. The hardest part was waiting for my diplomas to flatten so I could hang them up. Although I probably could’ve found frames for cheaper elsewhere, these were very well made, and I felt like the process was super easy. I also like that all of them match in style, although the undergrad degrees came from a different school than my graduate one.

Excellent product prepared &. very reasonable delivery time

Beautiful! Our Grandson loved it.

Great service

The frame was beautiful and was received on time. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. This is the third frame we have purchased from you and I would highly recommend your company.

One of the finest frames I’ve ever seen or purchased! My daughter was overcome with joy and it helped her realize what an accomplishment she achieved. AND! Church Hill did on a last minute rush order and provided shipping options to meet my deadline. Amazing! -Please note quality and style did not suffer- Fine product. Fine company. Thank you Church Hill Classics!
