The frame displayed small scratches. I'd expect better packaging and/or quality control for the price I paid for this frame. The scratches aren't notisable unless the ligth hits the frame at an angle. That is the only reason why I didn't send it back.

I had to get an extra mat to mount the diploma because the picture and size were wrong. Opening up the package the internal mat wax 11x14 and diploma 8x11.

The dual diploma frame is beautiful and arrived in great condition! Challenge was the mounting brackets were pretty lightweight for such a large/heavy frame. Because of the proprietary design of the brackets, it was challenging to mount it and ensure that it would be secured properly to the wall.

Church Hill Classics Diploma frame is an excellent company with outstanding customer service. In 2024, I purchased a very big frame for my son's diploma from this company & I was very pleased with the way it turned out. Better than my expectation! The quality & the workmanship of the frame are beautiful. Eventhough the price was pricey, but I think it was well worth it. In 2025, my youngest son graduated. I made another purchase. Unfortunately when the frame arrived, there was a little indentation in the frame. Upon inspection, I found the box that came with the frame had a deep puncture mark on the box & went through the frame; therefore it caused the indentation in the wooden frame. This was the cause from UPS handling. I emailed to Diplomaframe. com and on the following day, I received an email from Customer Service telling me that they will send out a new frame (free of charge), and I keep the old frame. Within a week, I received a beautiful frame. I am very happy with all my frame purchases at Church Hill Classics, and highly recommend everyone to order your frames from here. The best part is: MADE IN USA!
