I ordered a frame with: Upgraded Glass: Conservation UV + Reflection Control. I received a frame with plexiglass! I called and said I did not receive what I ordered. Customer service said it’s supposed to be plexiglass. I guess we should update our website. They said I could return the frame and get reimbursed, but I’m super disappointed!

Great customer service. Acceppted a return frame, sent mw the correct one, and expeditions refund

The hanging kits work great!

I'm so happy with my frame! The service was excellent - polite, helpful and on time:)

Ordered two exact frames for the same school. The color of the mattes did not match and one frame was 7/16th smaller than the other.

Website was easy to navigate. Communication was good. The frame looks nice, but I was disappointed in the limited options and high price. Just a few mouldings and only gold for the seal on the mat board. Sadly, Church Hill was the only option as I did want the school seal. I like that it is manufactured in the US. Also, I believe it was delivered by FedEx but was left on my doorstep on a rainy day. Finally, just in general, it is frustrating when different companies own different rights to undergrad and grad schools that are attended by the same student because then it's impossible to get matching frames.

Easy to use! Looks great! Rich and classy! Very pleased with finished product. Thank you for making so easy! My grandson loves his graduation gift! Worked so long and hard for the diploma! So proud of him!

CPA paperweight arrived in perfect condition and is also the perfect weight. I'm glad I chose the blue color scheme (the most popular rated), it definitely adds to the aesthetics of my work desk!

Your frames are incredibly expensive, but they are beautiful.

Beautiful product, easy to order, arrived on time, website was easy to navigate, service was great, strongly recommend

Exceptionally happy with the quality of the frame I purchased and shipping was fast.

We love the product! Very well made and worth the money. It is on the expensive side but upon receiving it we realized it was well worth the money, the diploma looks amazing in the frame.

Diploma frame turned out better than expected. My son loved his A&M frame. We will be ordering another one for my daughter next year.

Our diploma frames were delivered quickly and packaged very well. They look great! It’s a high-quality frame that will accentuate and protect my degree for many years.

I love Church Hill Classics! I have framed all my kids & their spouses degrees & they present so well.

I have 3 children who all have received multiple degrees at different universities. Church Hill Classics are simply the best quality for the treasures they hold. We love the look and craftmanship and wouldn't use any other brand. The price is certainly worth the value because they are shipped impeccably to prevent damage.

These frames are beautiful. Great way to celebrate getting a diploma - something they will use forever. The selection and quality are unmatched. The website is easy to navigate and makes ordering so easy. Highly recommend.

Super helpful and flexible, great product at great price. Very happy! I got three frames and the display turned out better than I’d hoped!

Beautiful frame. Arrived as described! Fast shipping as well.

Great product!
