The diploma with tassel was beautiful, so I ordered a matching frame for my son’s professional certificate from the state of Tennessee. I had been struggling to find exactly what I wanted, but Susan was incredibly helpful. Before she was able to send me some suggestions by email, she experienced some technical difficulties on her end. She even took the time to send me a text letting me know she was still working on finding the perfect match. That’s what customer service is all about! Susan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate her dedication and personal attention.

My twins graduated from UVA and VCU this past May. I found Church Hill online and gave them a try. I could not be happier with the frame quality and how quickly they shipped. The frames were also well packaged and arrived intact. I recommend this shop highly!

Mounting hardware fell out when I tried to hang it. Had to install my own.
