Good quality and delivered well packaged when promised!

Contacted customer service, quick to reply and to assist me with my order. Order received faster than expected, double frame is stunning, I get compliments all the time.

The frame is excellent craftsmanship!

The diploma with tassel was beautiful, so I ordered a matching frame for my son’s professional certificate from the state of Tennessee. I had been struggling to find exactly what I wanted, but Susan was incredibly helpful. Before she was able to send me some suggestions by email, she experienced some technical difficulties on her end. She even took the time to send me a text letting me know she was still working on finding the perfect match. That’s what customer service is all about! Susan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate her dedication and personal attention.

Very nice product. The only improvement would be to make an easier way to secure the diploma and get it centered properly. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Totally great. Fast delivery. Beautiful frame. Thank you!

Superb quality, gorgeous frame. We are extremely pleased with this product and highly recommend this business.

This is our 2nd order with you. The 1st was flawless, with this one in particular the glass arrived cracked. Trying to upload photo but betting an error message.

Exceptional quality

My twins graduated from UVA and VCU this past May. I found Church Hill online and gave them a try. I could not be happier with the frame quality and how quickly they shipped. The frames were also well packaged and arrived intact. I recommend this shop highly!

Mounting hardware fell out when I tried to hang it. Had to install my own.

I ordered six pieces for various diplomas and certificates. Church Hill had the nicest frames and each with the correct colored matting for universities, etc. shipped very quickly and in fantastic packaging. Super easy to install the documents myself. Everyone’s very happy.

Excellent quality frame, and so easy to set up and hang perfectly!

Easy to order online, process was quick and the frame arrived so fast!!!

Putting our children’s diplomas in frames to hang them in their offices is key to what we want for them.

Great frame, packaged well. Thank you.

Great quality product and very easy to add the diploma and tassel. Really loved the packaging since it can be retained for moves.

Very elegant design and great quality.

Very easy to navigate website. Excellent product selection. Extremely pleased with frames when they arrived. Instructions on how to measure and hang frames very helpful. Quality in all aspects. I will purchase additional frames.

Easy ordering process, shipping was quick, and the frame is perfect. Thank you.
