I got the right design, but the finish was not clear and I have several other frames that are the same, but with a Matte not shiny finish. This one came shiny, which it doesnt match now. I’d encourage you to make clearer pictures you can zoom on better on your website. I was disappointed when it arrived.

I ordered a frame with: Upgraded Glass: Conservation UV + Reflection Control. I received a frame with plexiglass! I called and said I did not receive what I ordered. Customer service said it’s supposed to be plexiglass. I guess we should update our website. They said I could return the frame and get reimbursed, but I’m super disappointed!

Ordered two exact frames for the same school. The color of the mattes did not match and one frame was 7/16th smaller than the other.

Website was easy to navigate. Communication was good. The frame looks nice, but I was disappointed in the limited options and high price. Just a few mouldings and only gold for the seal on the mat board. Sadly, Church Hill was the only option as I did want the school seal. I like that it is manufactured in the US. Also, I believe it was delivered by FedEx but was left on my doorstep on a rainy day. Finally, just in general, it is frustrating when different companies own different rights to undergrad and grad schools that are attended by the same student because then it's impossible to get matching frames.
