We ordered the adjustable bed but the sealed packaging was missing the hardware. No biggie, but a huge inconvenience once we showed up at our customer's home for install.

Recieved the product. Very good directions with it. My husband is in the process of building the murphy bed right now. Seems like a really good product and company. Very impressed so far. We had to call customer service at the very start for a "stupid" question and they were very polite and helpful!

The package came to me in a timely manner. It was complete and intact.

Delivery was on time and was as expected. This will be my second bed and the plan is having this one done in the next couple of weeks.

I had a great experience on the website and delivery was quick. I haven’t used the Create A Bed kit as if this writing. I am saving up for the material purchase. Didn’t realize it would cost so much. Watching videos on how to build in the meantime.

Hi, arrived quickly to new Zealand. Haven't made it up yet. Need to convert it from imperial to metric as we don't use imperial here. Looking forward to getting it started.

We were missing about 5 screws . And one of the door frames did not line up right

This is a very nice system and I was able to make this bed for my sister who needed the space for her quilting. Now when I visit her, I have a bed to sleep on!
