I’m a woodworker and the directions that came with the bed parts are easy to follow. My wife wanted a Murphy bed in or office for extra guests I was up for the challenge and I can say it’s easy.

We still have not received the mattress

Thank you for your excellent service. Researching the product and purchasing on the website was easy and the unit arrived a few weeks later. Now we are in New Zealand so that's saying something. I'm looking forward to integrating the mechanism into our Murphy bed. The plan is for this to be the first of many. Again, great service.

Great instructions included.

Parts were shipped quickly and customer service was so great helping me with my questions. A+

Shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Would shop here again without hesitation. Accurate information on the site when researching.

Great pillow insert, great price, fast shipping.

It was a very simple process with great customer service.

Great plans, easy to assemble (medium skill level woodworking required), and it was my first time making something this big and complicated.

Good product and fast shipping

Just starting the build. Could not believe how quickly I received the kit. Great customer service on the phone too.

I was so excited to open the bedding for my grandchildren’s bunk room. It was just like i hoped! Beautiful quality and so pretty. Will submit pictures when its in place.

Good

Great service guys, thank you, quick arrival to Israel. Expensive shipping, but I believe the product worth it. Buying first time.

My order came quickly with no missing parts. So far so good. Once I start my custom Murphy bed I’ll let you know how the customer service goes.

Quality product with excellent instructions. Me and my customers ate thrilled with the final results.

I am pleased with the kit and instructions so far. I’m still working on the build. The only negative thing is that when I did call for a few questions I had (Friday mid afternoon EST), I had to leave a call back message, which never came. I ended up calling them again and was able to get my answers. All the wood components called for in the instructions are done, I’ll soon get going on the assembly. We’ll see how that goes.

I’m happy with the Creat-A-Bed kit. Excellent instruction and assembly documents.

Directions are clear and available videos help. Excited about this project.

No coments… still waiting for my refund
