Would not recommend this company. I will be posting to all channels that I found this company through. Literally never opened the kit or shipping box as we bought for our new home that is finished, no longer need the product and they have a NO EXCEPTIONS 60 day return window… even if the product has never been opened? You’ve got to be kidding me.

I bought directly from Create-A-Bed and noticed later that Amazon is selling for $60 less. Still, worth it to support a business directly. I really appreciate the PDF instructions and the videos. My handyman is building for me, otherwise it will never get done, but it seems like a really well thought out product and instruction set

This is my second purchase of a Murphy bed kit. The first experience was outstanding due to great customer support. When a need arose for another Murphy bed kit I did not hesitate to buy from Create-A-Bed again.

Found exactly what we needed. Especially liked the supporting videos. Arrived on-time.

Customer service and delivery was professional and timely. The Create a Bed hardware along with instructions were packaged precisely in vacuum packaging, making it very organized.

My kit arrived on time and after reading the comprehensive notes and plans I started to assemble and build. The hardest part was…. . getting my wife’s approval! 😎

Directions could use some help. Not always clear order of steps and don’t need 2 booklets of instructions. Combine 1 to total assemble and have 1 little one on just adjustments of closer(shock) if at all.

So far so good, now comes the build…. .

I am a fulltime cabinetmaker, and this is the first murphy bed I've built. This hardware is well engineered with quality material, proper fasteners and designed for longevity. The instructions are a little long, but probably great for DIYers. I will definitely be ordering this again.

The written instructions are garbage.
