The instructions are pretty good and the little videos help, but it would nicer if ALL instructions were in the correct order without having to refer and forth between the white pages and the vanilla pages.

Fast and so accurate as to what we needed. Instructions absolutely great as well. Could not of asked for better. Easy to install.

I would like to know if I received all the pieces for the bed and desk. It seems that I only have the bed mechanism but not the desk. Can you point out please which pieces are for the desk? Thank you

The kit was shipped the next day and received a few days later. I’ve read through the detailed instructions and purchased the plywood and materials. Have not had the need to call customer service yet for anything.

Delivery was much longer than the 5-7 buisness days stated. While the bed is not been fully assembled yet, it appears the hardware is complete and stout. Looking forward to the final product.

Great customer service and product.

Generally I LOVE your products and am impressed by the detail given in the instructions. This time I had some challenges getting everything perfectly square so that the desk would fold down. After first attaching the brackets to the bottom of the desk, I found it easier to remove it and then mount the brackets to the bed. This allowed me to set the desk on the open brackets, working from underneath, to fasten and adjust as needed. I think the hardest part was getting the bed-side brackets plumb so they would fold down in parallel. If bed-side attachment holes were slots instead of holes, this might have been easier. Thanks for all you do.

Slow to ship

I just completed my third vertical murphy bed using the deluxe mechanism and highly recommend this product. The first two beds have been in use for many years now with zero issues. The fold out leg in the deluxe kit not only keeps the face clean looking but keeps the mattress and bedding in place when you fold the bed up. Be creative on your front face design -- match another piece of furniture, doors, whatever catches your imagination!

Store was pretty easy to navigate. Delivery took several weeks to get to me.

Excellent customer service rep helped me order the exact part I needed. Package arrived earlier than I anticipated. Directions were easy to follow and the part was super easy to install. It took me like 30 seconds and now my bed is good as new! Thanks to all who helped!

this is the second time we have used your product. Works great. we did a queen bed in a pool lounge to act as a guest room. and we are now just completing 2 twins for another renovation.
