Great customer service and product.

Generally I LOVE your products and am impressed by the detail given in the instructions. This time I had some challenges getting everything perfectly square so that the desk would fold down. After first attaching the brackets to the bottom of the desk, I found it easier to remove it and then mount the brackets to the bed. This allowed me to set the desk on the open brackets, working from underneath, to fasten and adjust as needed. I think the hardest part was getting the bed-side brackets plumb so they would fold down in parallel. If bed-side attachment holes were slots instead of holes, this might have been easier. Thanks for all you do.

Slow to ship

I just completed my third vertical murphy bed using the deluxe mechanism and highly recommend this product. The first two beds have been in use for many years now with zero issues. The fold out leg in the deluxe kit not only keeps the face clean looking but keeps the mattress and bedding in place when you fold the bed up. Be creative on your front face design -- match another piece of furniture, doors, whatever catches your imagination!

Store was pretty easy to navigate. Delivery took several weeks to get to me.

Excellent customer service rep helped me order the exact part I needed. Package arrived earlier than I anticipated. Directions were easy to follow and the part was super easy to install. It took me like 30 seconds and now my bed is good as new! Thanks to all who helped!

this is the second time we have used your product. Works great. we did a queen bed in a pool lounge to act as a guest room. and we are now just completing 2 twins for another renovation.

Was pretty good overall. Called and asked about instructions to build bed for xl twin, lady told me they had instructions, cut sheets for it. Emailed and asked for them, they didn’t come with the hardware. Will call again tomorrow

Took a little longer than expected to receive kit and mattress but i was in no hurry and they got back to me with any questions i had .

Very pleased with how fast Create A Bed shipped my replacement Pistons for my Murphy bed. They made a 13 year old Murphy bed work like new again. They were easy to replace and the instructions that came with the Pistons helped . Thank you for your fast service. Very happy !

Love the bed, love the products love the overall direction and ease of installation. As far as delivery of replacement parts, very efficient.

Have not opened the box yet but have gotten DOZENS of emails from this company. Despite unsubscribing many times. I am sick of them, at this point even if the product is great I never want to do business with them again.

They don't accept returns!!! Even if the box isn't opened. . . . Their customer service is worse than poor. Tina talked over me they don't know how to adequately handle a stressful situation! Tina hung up on me. I have a Murphy bed full size bed, We have moved several times and had to take it apart. I called to get help with ordering them so I wouldn't do it wrong. They sent me a link to help order. The said make sure you order compressed not extended. I did just that, I got the wrong part and they only charged me for one extended one. Tina defended herself, not listening, horrible representation for create a bed! You should go back to the recorded call for for quality assurance not just the first call so you guys can here what I ordered when they

So far so good, but wan’t review yet as the bed isn't constructed so we haven’t unpacked the mattress!
