Was pretty good overall. Called and asked about instructions to build bed for xl twin, lady told me they had instructions, cut sheets for it. Emailed and asked for them, they didn’t come with the hardware. Will call again tomorrow

Took a little longer than expected to receive kit and mattress but i was in no hurry and they got back to me with any questions i had .

Very pleased with how fast Create A Bed shipped my replacement Pistons for my Murphy bed. They made a 13 year old Murphy bed work like new again. They were easy to replace and the instructions that came with the Pistons helped . Thank you for your fast service. Very happy !

Love the bed, love the products love the overall direction and ease of installation. As far as delivery of replacement parts, very efficient.

Have not opened the box yet but have gotten DOZENS of emails from this company. Despite unsubscribing many times. I am sick of them, at this point even if the product is great I never want to do business with them again.

They don't accept returns!!! Even if the box isn't opened. . . . Their customer service is worse than poor. Tina talked over me they don't know how to adequately handle a stressful situation! Tina hung up on me. I have a Murphy bed full size bed, We have moved several times and had to take it apart. I called to get help with ordering them so I wouldn't do it wrong. They sent me a link to help order. The said make sure you order compressed not extended. I did just that, I got the wrong part and they only charged me for one extended one. Tina defended herself, not listening, horrible representation for create a bed! You should go back to the recorded call for for quality assurance not just the first call so you guys can here what I ordered when they

So far so good, but wan’t review yet as the bed isn't constructed so we haven’t unpacked the mattress!

Completed and very satisfied with the finished bed. Reading the instructions provided along with watching the video and then back to the instructions made the process less challenging. Well put together instructions.

Covers were molded to fit perfectly over exposed pistons. Reasonably priced and is a nice touch to finish off the aesthetics of custom built bed units.

I’m 90% complete with my hide a bed project, but I’ve seen enough Lord that I can say how incredible the process has been. I’m building something better than you could buy in a store or from a contractor. The directions are good, but the video is super helpful. I made one call to the helpline and they gave great and timely advice. Excellent product for someone who has the time and inclination to build something beautiful for themselves.
