My wood guy asked me to place an order for the metal portion of the bed. Through AI search, Create A Bed was recommended. Online order through the website was easy. Shipment received in a few days.

This company advertises having the product and the support you need. I was skeptical, but in need of replacement struts/springs for my queen size (heavy) Murphy bed. I wrote asking for additional info, and never heard back. “My bad,” they responded but it was in my "junk mail box" so, I wrote a second email complaining. Graciously they sent me the information again and I ordered the product. They lived up to their advertising and reputation - definitely one to be trusted.

I purchased this kit and built this bed over 10 years ago. The hinges you sent were an exact replacement. Thank you for including the latches.

The replacement struts were very easy to install and are just like the ones we bought 10+ years ago. Love the color tag ordering system- easy to order the correct ones.

This mattress worked out really good for my Murphy bed. Very comfortable and is the perfect height. I’m happy.

I don’t quite understand why you don’t sell all replacement cylinders compressed? I missed the note on your web site still I think anyone would prefer the compressed cylinder. I sent one back and got the right cylinder but paid for the shipping so I’m still out the time and the money

We just finished our Murphy Bed build! We had no woodworking experience at all, but found the instructions clear and helpful and appreciated the links to videos. We live in a small space and don’t have guests often, but wanted them to feel welcome and comfortable when someone does visit. If a couple of seniors like us can build this, you can too!

Great communication-questions answered. Fast free shipping

The instructions are pretty good and the little videos help, but it would nicer if ALL instructions were in the correct order without having to refer and forth between the white pages and the vanilla pages.

Fast and so accurate as to what we needed. Instructions absolutely great as well. Could not of asked for better. Easy to install.

I would like to know if I received all the pieces for the bed and desk. It seems that I only have the bed mechanism but not the desk. Can you point out please which pieces are for the desk? Thank you

The kit was shipped the next day and received a few days later. I’ve read through the detailed instructions and purchased the plywood and materials. Have not had the need to call customer service yet for anything.

Informative in the most concise effective way. Told me which one I needed payment was easy, shipping was fast, came with instructions that worked perfectly and a video address for the instructions video on you tube. The entire process could not have been better. 5 out of 5

Still working on building the bed however parts and instructions are quality products

Easy to work with

Delivery was much longer than the 5-7 buisness days stated. While the bed is not been fully assembled yet, it appears the hardware is complete and stout. Looking forward to the final product.

Aaron was quite helpful in assisting with directions for replacing pistons!

Great service!

okay

Great customer service and product.
