Never received item ordered so not sure how or who to rate

I accidentally broke a gas spring and needed to get another to complete the project. I first tried contacting by phone then noticed the store was closed. Went online and was able to purchase what was needed. All is well now.

I have built several beds with this plan and hardware kit. The directions are straightforward and it works really well. The first one I built about 10 years ago still works flawlessly

The designs are simple and smart, easy for a beginner but also easy to customize and dress up if you’re more advanced. And the people couldn’t be nicer!

I’m a woodworker and the directions that came with the bed parts are easy to follow. My wife wanted a Murphy bed in or office for extra guests I was up for the challenge and I can say it’s easy.

We still have not received the mattress

Thank you for your excellent service. Researching the product and purchasing on the website was easy and the unit arrived a few weeks later. Now we are in New Zealand so that's saying something.
