Love it! Very detailed instructions and if you are not a manual kind of gal, theres always the videos!

Completed and very satisfied with the finished bed. Reading the instructions provided along with watching the video and then back to the instructions made the process less challenging. Well put together instructions.

Covers were molded to fit perfectly over exposed pistons. Reasonably priced and is a nice touch to finish off the aesthetics of custom built bed units.

Great

Fast shipping and easy to navigate website! Contractor is assembling the bed, no issues so far!

Shipping was prompt

I’m 90% complete with my hide a bed project, but I’ve seen enough Lord that I can say how incredible the process has been. I’m building something better than you could buy in a store or from a contractor. The directions are good, but the video is super helpful. I made one call to the helpline and they gave great and timely advice. Excellent product for someone who has the time and inclination to build something beautiful for themselves.

It was pretty fast. Good.

My second build. Great service.

Well built Great detailed build and install instructions

Great customer support. Parts installed without any problems!

great kit, good instructions although the instructions can be a bit more efficient.

New struts arrived in just a few days! My 17-year old Create-A-Bed is made with red oak and I also added two red oak bookshelves. Heavy wood, but it is hearty and lasts a long time!

Great service and fast delivery. Parts were just what we needed.

Would not recommend this company. I will be posting to all channels that I found this company through. Literally never opened the kit or shipping box as we bought for our new home that is finished, no longer need the product and they have a NO EXCEPTIONS 60 day return window… even if the product has never been opened? You’ve got to be kidding me.

I bought directly from Create-A-Bed and noticed later that Amazon is selling for $60 less. Still, worth it to support a business directly. I really appreciate the PDF instructions and the videos. My handyman is building for me, otherwise it will never get done, but it seems like a really well thought out product and instruction set

Great quality, speedy shipping and the pillow insert sizes you offer are not easily found elsewhere. Will purchase again

This is my second purchase of a Murphy bed kit. The first experience was outstanding due to great customer support. When a need arose for another Murphy bed kit I did not hesitate to buy from Create-A-Bed again.

Found exactly what we needed. Especially liked the supporting videos. Arrived on-time.

Best bedding ever
