My order came quickly with no missing parts. So far so good. Once I start my custom Murphy bed I’ll let you know how the customer service goes.

Quality product with excellent instructions. Me and my customers ate thrilled with the final results.

I am pleased with the kit and instructions so far. I’m still working on the build. The only negative thing is that when I did call for a few questions I had (Friday mid afternoon EST), I had to leave a call back message, which never came. I ended up calling them again and was able to get my answers. All the wood components called for in the instructions are done, I’ll soon get going on the assembly. We’ll see how that goes.

I’m happy with the Creat-A-Bed kit. Excellent instruction and assembly documents.

Directions are clear and available videos help. Excited about this project.

Poor response to customer questions

ew should have had one of the shocks re[laced, but got started late on project so didn't ask. Other wise, we would do this again....love the bed

We ordered the adjustable bed but the sealed packaging was missing the hardware. No biggie, but a huge inconvenience once we showed up at our customer's home for install.

Recieved the product. Very good directions with it. My husband is in the process of building the murphy bed right now. Seems like a really good product and company. Very impressed so far. We had to call customer service at the very start for a "stupid" question and they were very polite and helpful!

The package came to me in a timely manner. It was complete and intact.

Delivery was on time and was as expected. This will be my second bed and the plan is having this one done in the next couple of weeks.

I had a great experience on the website and delivery was quick. I haven’t used the Create A Bed kit as if this writing. I am saving up for the material purchase. Didn’t realize it would cost so much. Watching videos on how to build in the meantime.
