What a great company! Product is awesome, directions fabulous, and support fantastic!

Appreciated being able to contact a live person to walk us through final assembly questions.

Customer service and delivery was professional and timely. The Create a Bed hardware along with instructions were packaged precisely in vacuum packaging, making it very organized.

My kit arrived on time and after reading the comprehensive notes and plans I started to assemble and build. The hardest part was…. . getting my wife’s approval! 😎

Directions could use some help. Not always clear order of steps and don’t need 2 booklets of instructions. Combine 1 to total assemble and have 1 little one on just adjustments of closer(shock) if at all.

So far so good, now comes the build…. .

The mechanism was perfect, all parts were there and fit like they were supposed to

Create-a-Bed was awesome in responding to all my questions in a quick and professional manner.

The deluxe Murphy bed kit arrived earlier than expected and appears to have all the components in it It’s now sitting waiting for me to get into building the bed

Fast free shipping, haven’t started building yet but the product is quality made.

Professional

We had some adjustments that needed to be done and your customer service was very responsive. We love our new Murphy bed and our guests do too!

I am a fulltime cabinetmaker, and this is the first murphy bed I've built. This hardware is well engineered with quality material, proper fasteners and designed for longevity. The instructions are a little long, but probably great for DIYers. I will definitely be ordering this again.

The written instructions are garbage.

Never received item ordered so not sure how or who to rate

Great instructions which made the entire project very workable. Thanks

I accidentally broke a gas spring and needed to get another to complete the project. I first tried contacting by phone then noticed the store was closed. Went online and was able to purchase what was needed. All is well now.

I have built several beds with this plan and hardware kit. The directions are straightforward and it works really well. The first one I built about 10 years ago still works flawlessly

The website was very easy to use. The product I ordered was delivered faster than forecasted.

The designs are simple and smart, easy for a beginner but also easy to customize and dress up if you’re more advanced. And the people couldn’t be nicer!
