Cool Tools is a wonderful resource for my venture into Precious Metal Clay. The tutorials are comprehensive and so inspiring! Customer service is very helpful, informative and very knowledgeable and kind. Not a trace of stress. I find it so inspiring to watch their beautiful tutorials. They are an immense assistance for newbies like me! The camera is great, the sound quality perfect, the featured artists, phenomenal. The artists are brilliant. Upon having a question, I contacted customer service. This was the best help I have ever had. I can also not sing enough about their products! An exquisite collection of wonderful wonders. Sigh. I am so grateful to have found Cool Tools. They have changed my creative life. Thank you !!!!
