I can usually find what I need in stock. Customer Service is rarely needed but when I needed them, they were very helpful. Shipping was fast and secure without a ton of taping to wade through, which makes for a great unboxing experience.

Goldie Sculptor's Bronze is my favorite clay. The binder allows me to make larger more complex forms. It is very strong and hold up well to carving and adding other materials in mixed media pieces. Always fires reliably for me.
