Took awhile to get here but are exactly what I wanted

I've purchased some enamel colors and a Prometheus glass/enamel kiln (Prometheus Pro-1-PRG Digital Mini Kiln) from Cool Tools so far. I love everything about the kiln and the colors. Shipping was fast.

Very happy with Cool Tools :)

Cooltools has excellent products. I can’t wait to use the new stencil I purchased. I have many others that I have purchased over the years and they are just as good as new.

Custom cost not clearly stated. Too expensive

Excellent

Cool Tools light bronze clay

My orders always arrive on time. Great products!

I cannot say enough good things about COOL TOOLs. I even wrote to the owner to complement them. The products are fantastic. Some prices may be bit higher then when I search the web but you cannot beat the customer service and the communication from this company. The learning videos are amazing and easy to follow. Customer care and support is outstanding! The products, as I’ve mentioned above are of the highest quality and so useful. I am relatively new to metal clay and enameling and just love looking and spending on COOL TOOLs items. It is now the only place I order my supplies.

It was great I'm glad I got a deal on silver! Still so expensive though I know this is not your problem but I do appreciate you guys doing what you can to make it a little less of a hardship on us artists! I always love dealing with your company and have been shopping for many years with y'all!

I’m not kidding. What do I do when I’m in a waiting room? Look at Cool Tools. Add things to my shopping cart. Watch videos and add things to my list. Geek out and forward links to people… and the service is amazing. I had a weird request and the owner Rhonda made it happen! I love learning about new products and demos all the time. The is more than a supplier… it’s an education if you spend enough time there. 🤓

I have been ordering from Cool tools for many, many years. I have always gotten top quality service. My purchases ship quickly and I have never had any issues with the orders. This is the only place I use to buy my materials.

Awesome thanks fast shipping

The set is very good

First and foremost, the clay was dry like the Sahara. I added 3-4 tablespoons and it absorbed all of it and was still dry. I tried to make 4 rings with it. Upon drying every single one cracked either at the seam or along the sides. When I tried firing it, I sintered it for 10 minutes at the glow point at stated on the card dropped one and it immediately crumbled once cooled. I want my money back for the entire thing.
