I've loved CoolTools ever since I found them in 2018 when I started in Metal Clay. They have an amazing variety of products, learning videos and a fantastic staff that are always happy to get the customers input on new products or how they can make something better which they did for me when I requested a Finishing Touches mold with a more scripted alphabet. They came up with 2 different scripts and I love them both! The website is easy to navigate which makes my life easier. Orders are always timely and the one and only time I had an issue - I was sent the wrong texture plate, when I called they told me to keep it and got the correct one out immediately.
