I have 4 companies that I buy from. Cool Tools are by far the best! Their prices are decent and competitive. But their customer service is by far the best! For instance, there is one company that calls me to tell me that if I don't buy $1,000 a month that I will lose my discount and their free gifts are $1. 50 needle threader. Now, don't get me wrong, I appreciate the gesture. But I have 13 of them. Ok, back to Cool Tools. If I have questions they get back to me fast. And there products are of the finest quality. They have a huge array of products to choose from. And they have the best tutorials. And their instructors are so through. When i have questions about techniques they are my go to for proper instructions. And their free gifts are by far the best! Their deliveries are fast, which i really appreciate. And I just can't say enough good things about them! They are simply the best!
