Cool Tools is great -easy to work with, good selection of metal clay product and accessories. I use them almost exclusively. It was unfortunate the the EZ. 925 gurned out to be so awful.

I love Cool Tools for all my Silver Clay needs. The customer service is top notch and all of their products are vetted and dependable. I work primarily in Fine Silver and find the Cool Tools brand Clay to be great to work with. It’s especially forgiving for beginners and I use for my classes.

I have been ordering from cool tools for years now, and I spread the word whenever I can. They are the best for gallery wire selection in price. I found them for metal clay, which they have everything you need, but I use them for all of my soldering needs, and jewelry making in general. I am happy to use them whenever I can, and always go here first when I’m looking for something.

I emailed cool tools about a product that was damaged in the mail. They replied to my email within a hour and replaced the product within a week. Very impressive and helpful customer service!

I rely on Cool Tools for all my metal clay needs. They have a great selection & innovative tools. Customer service is also really helpful. There are a couple of usability items on the website that could be improved, and for the love of god please fix your product stickers! Stickers that are stuck directly to the product (as opposed to the plastic bag the product is in) are impossible to remove & I have to use goo gone to get all the adhesive off.

Cool Tools always has lots of cool items for jewelry making, things not found at other stores.
