I have a problem with my sofabed and i am unable to get though to customer services on the phone

Really helpful staff from beginning to end. Great service, from help with ordering and getting a loaner sofa bed to having my order delivered. I was kept informed the whole way through the process. The delivery guys were great and really helpful. Very happy with the excellent service and very happy with the sofa bed!

The sofabed is a perfect fit for our room, both in design and size. The build quality looks great. The fabric is really soft and smooth and the colour is really vibrant. Delivery was well communicated. Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase.

The swatch book came in the post with a decaf teabag which I enjoyed. Arrived in good time and came with a prepaid envelope for returns. Easy and useful.

Service was great. Actually, quite a few hiccups occurred in the process, such as damage during shipping, feet missing and bottom sheets not sent, but the company responded to all of these extremely well and nothing was left unresolved. They had also changed shipping company by the time a replacement unit was prepared, suggesting that they were reacting to negative experiences from the previous team. The new guys were brilliant and were not going to leave until all issues were sorted out and the product was perfect. Overall we are really happy with Cocoon and would return without hesitation.

The fabric swatches were sent immediately upon request and the deposit was refunded immediately upon return.

When I finally spoke to a person concerning our delivery of the sofa the customer service was great, just a shame that it took awhile to speak to somebody. If that hadn't happened it I would've given 5 stars.

Delivery was very good.

Customer service has been agile and helpful throughout. The initial contact from the courier service was inimical but Cocoon sorted it out and the courier staff were exceptional. Highly recommended.

The product is excellent - the delivery experience was less so. Cocoon failed to notify the delivery company that upon delivery they also had to pick up the small sofa Cocoon had provided whilst our sofa was being assembled. The delivery people seemed quite annoyed, at me for some reason, because I was not willing to keep both sofas while Cocoon arranged a new pick up (there is just not enough space). They even suggested I keep the small sofa standing against the wall (with a 3-year-old in the house…). They eventually took it away, but it required quite a bit of work on my side, which I am sure I shouldn’t have been in a position to do given that the terms of the service I paid for were quite clear.

Fantastic experience with Cocoon. Great communication at every stage without being overbearing. Timeframe was projected when order was placed and arrived slightly earlier which was great for me though I could have arranged delivery on the original due date. The two man delivery team were excellent. Very respectful of the property and gave a full demonstration once the sofa was in situ. Fantastic service by Cocoon and their partnering delivery company.
