As a very happy owner of a 3-seater Cocoon sofa bed I recently ordered a fitted sheet to use with this. Fitted perfectly and makes converting to a fully made up ben even easier than ever.

Had to wait a few weeks for delivery but communication good and delivery was on time. Delivery people installed sofa and demonstrated conversion from sofa to bed and took away packaging.

Very pleased with our purchase but have not had the opportunity to use it as a bed

We love our Cocoon sofa bed it’s very comfortable as both bed and sofa and great for frequent use. It’s very sturdy but so easy to use. The delivery guys were very helpful and set everything up and gave a demonstration on how to use. I would definitely recommend Cocoon from start to finish we were kept in the loop and given a great delivery time.

Kept well informed of production and delivery process's. Actually delivered on bank holiday Well protected on delivery, assembled by delivery team and all packaging removed from property. Sofa is exactly as expected, comfy but firm.

Waiting for our first guests to sleep on the new sofa bed. But as a sofa all the family are please. The Spanish Teal velvet is perfect. The cushions are perfect. The storage is amazing, so useful for the duvet and pillows. I bought the Charlie Corner so it is a king size bed. So perfect for our taller guests. With the Charlie foot stall we can sleep on it as it is if we want to or use as a cinema sofa. Love it!!!

I had no issues from start to finish. I was happy to wait for my sofa bed but there was an option to request a date. Delivery was timely and the guys were great

Brought a George corner sofa with micro linen material. Very satisfied with the sofa and also the customer service. We went and viewed the sofa at cocoon show were given a very good demonstration on how the sofa pulled out in to a bed how it was made which materials and colours to choose. Were kept up to data from the time we bought it to the time and day of delivery. First class service start to finish.

Very pleased with my new sofa, so comftable to sit on, easily converts to a very comfy bed. Due to unforseen circumstances Cocoon did delay delivery date, online tracking was not a great help, but a phone call to customer service, and got the help needed. Delivered by two fantastic lads from Empire Delivery Ltd. My previous sofabed was from another well known furniture store, which I will never use again, Cocoon are more affordable and a lot better quality.

We ordered our sofa bed in January, the delivery date was delayed and the communication from cocoon to answer our questions was hit and miss . Very disappointed with customer care. The sofa has just arrived last week , the communication for delivery was great

Delay of delivery by three months not really acceptable, but sofa seems very good quality. Delivery men very efficient and personable.
