Sofa was easy to order & special notes were read. Customer service was great as we needed delivery by a certain date due to guests arriving & they made it happen. Delivery men were polite & unpacked & assembled quickly & took away all packaging.

The Cocoon Ashley sofa bed is an excellent product. It is stylish and compact, yet when fully opened is a very good king size bed comfortable for 2 adults. I love the support of the cushions, they dont sink in when sat on and offer excellent support to the lower back. The only possible fault I would raise would be with the delivery timelines and customer support. Initially I was told when ordering it would take 4 weeks to be delivered, but that then got pushed out further to almost 7 weeks. Customer support during the wait period was a bit patchy but the final product more than makes up for it.

It is extremely comfortable to sit on. Haven't yet slept on it. Also easy to open out for sleeping but probably best for me to open out with help due to my age.

The time scale quoted was inaccurate. It took much longer than they state. The quality of the sofa bed is great but I have a problem with the design which I have e mailed customer services but as yet no reply. . The delivery company Empire were excellent

Beautiful sofa bed exactly as described. Good communication all the way. We were also offered a discount before Christmas which was brilliant. The delivery was a bit tricky as it is very short notice but you get x 3 goes before getting storage charges

First class service from start (ordering samples) to end (delivery). Regular updates on the time scales and progress sent throughout the process. The Charlotte sofa bed is excellent quality, easy to set up and is just right for guests when an extra bed is needed, but is also a very comfortable, great looking sofa.
